{"id":109223,"date":"2022-01-25T15:06:54","date_gmt":"2022-01-25T14:06:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radioljubuski.ba\/?p=109223"},"modified":"2022-01-25T15:06:55","modified_gmt":"2022-01-25T14:06:55","slug":"puljic-koridor-v-c-bi-trebao-biti-gotov-2028-godine-deset-kilometara-tunela-kroz-prenj-najveci-izazov","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radioljubuski.ba\/index.php\/2022\/01\/25\/puljic-koridor-v-c-bi-trebao-biti-gotov-2028-godine-deset-kilometara-tunela-kroz-prenj-najveci-izazov\/","title":{"rendered":"Pulji\u0107: Koridor V-c bi trebao biti gotov 2028. godine, deset kilometara tunela kroz Prenj najve\u0107i izazov"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Nakon godina gradnje i ulo\u017eenih milijuna poznat je vremenski okvir dovr\u0161etka najve\u0107eg poslijeratnog projekta u Bosni i Hercegovini &#8211; koridora V-c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U razgovoru za Fenu pomo\u0107nik federalnog ministra prometa i komunikacija Jadranko Pulji\u0107 isti\u010de kako je osigurano financiranje gradnje kompletne trase, a u najoptimisti\u010dnijem scenariju koridor V-c bi trebao biti gotov 2028. godine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taj europski prometni koridor prote\u017ee se od Budimpe\u0161te preko Osijeka, Sarajeva, Mostara do Luke Plo\u010de na jadranskoj obali, a kroz Bosnu i Hercegovinu pru\u017ea se u duljini 330 kilometara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Od tih 330 kilometara na Hercegovinu otpada 105 kilometara, od prijevoja Ivan na sjeveru, do Bija\u010de na jugu. Upravo \u0107e se na hercegova\u010dkom dijelu autoceste graditi neki od najzahtjevnijih objekata, me\u0111u kojima i deset kilometara dug tunel Prenj \u010diji \u0107e zavr\u0161etak gradnje ujedno predstavljati i zavr\u0161etak bh. dijela koridora V-c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Od ukupno 105 kilometara koridora V-c u Hercegova\u010dko-neretvanskoj \u017eupaniji, ove godine o\u010dekujemo zavr\u0161etak novih 14 kilometara na dionicama Po\u010ditelj \u2013 Zvirovi\u0107i i Buna \u2013 Kvanj. S obzirom da je ranije izgra\u0111ena dionica od Zvirovi\u0107a do Bija\u010de to je nekih 30 kilometara autoceste u HN\u017d-u, a koncem 2025. od Mostara do granice na Bija\u010di imat \u0107emo 40-ak kilometara autoceste u funkciji i tada \u0107e se iz Mostara do granice dolaziti za nekih 20-ak minuta &#8211; ka\u017ee Pulji\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Utjecaj pandemije na gradnju<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pulji\u0107 ka\u017ee kako pandemija i porast cijena gra\u0111evinskog materijala ne\u0107e bitno poremetiti dinamiku izgradnje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Izvo\u0111a\u010di radova moraju se pridr\u017eavati potpisanih ugovora \u2013 navodi Pulji\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na hercegova\u010dkom dijelu koridora trenutno se gradi dionica od Po\u010ditelja prema Zvirovi\u0107ima, a na njoj most Po\u010ditelj, najdu\u017ei most na koridoru V-c, dug jedan kilometara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Planirano vrijeme gra\u0111enja bio je koncem ove godine, ali evidentna su neka ka\u0161njenja uslijed geolo\u0161ke situacije na samom terenu, tako da \u0107e to biti prolongirano za po\u010detak idu\u0107e godine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sjeverno od Po\u010ditelja izgra\u0111eno je 7,2 kilometra autoceste do Bune, koji jo\u0161 nisu pu\u0161teni u promet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Tenderska procedura je u tijeku na dionicama Mostar jug do tunela Kvanj. To su dvije poddionice Mostar jug \u2013 Kvanj 9,2 kilometara i tunel Kvanj \u2013 Buna 5,4 kilometara. Financiranje je osigurano sredstvima Europske investicijske banke i Europske banke za obnovu razvoj. Krajem ove godine o\u010dekuje se potpisivanje ugovora s izvo\u0111a\u010dem, o\u010dekivani plan zavr\u0161etka te dionice je 2025. godine &#8211; ka\u017ee Pulji\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160to se ti\u010de odluke Op\u0107inskog suda u Mostaru, koji je presudio da Federacija BiH izgradnjom koridora V-c kroz povratni\u010dka naselja diskriminira stanovnike u ju\u017enim dijelovima Mostara, Pulji\u0107 ka\u017ee kako se sudske odluke ne komentiraju te dodaje kako \u0107e se o tome o\u010ditovati Pravobraniteljstvo FBiH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Tunel Prenj najve\u0107i izazov za graditelje<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Od petlje Mostar jug prote\u017ee se sljede\u0107a dionica do petlje Mostar sjever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Duljina te dionice je 15,4 kilometara i radi se o te\u017eoj dionici. Samo je tri kilometara otvorene trase, a sve ostalo su mostovi i tuneli. Radi se o dosta skupoj i slo\u017eenoj dionici. Ukupna procijenjena vrijednost je oko 450 milijuna maraka, a financiranje je jednim dijelom osigurano iz Europske banke za obnovu i razvoj, a drugim dijelom sredstvima konzorcija komercijalnih banaka \u2013 poja\u0161njava Pulji\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Od petlje Mostar sjever slijedi dionica do tunela Ivan duga 60 kilometara, koja je podijeljena na vi\u0161e poddionica. Na tom dijelu trase nalazi se najkompleksniji objekt koji \u0107e se graditi na koridoru V-c &#8211; tunel Prenj, du\u017eina oko deset kilometara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Procijenjena vrijednost samog tunela je oko 780 milijuna maraka, intenzivno se radi na zavr\u0161etku idejnog projekta, a gradnja \u0107e se financirati sredstvima Europske investicijske banke i investicijskog granta za zapadni Balkan. Planirani zavr\u0161etak tunela Prenj je 2028. godine kada se planira zavr\u0161etak rada na koridoru V-c kroz Bosnu i Hercegovinu &#8211; isti\u010de Pulji\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Brze ceste<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160to se ti\u010de povezivanja Mostara na koridor V-c planirane su dvije velike prometne petlje \u2013 Mostar jug i Mostar sjever, koje bi trebale biti u funkciji do 2025. godine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na petlju Mostar jug vezivat \u0107e se mostarska ju\u017ena obilaznica \u010dije je izgradnja u tijeku, dok \u0107e se od petlje Mostar sjever u pravcu zapada pru\u017eati brza cesta Mostar \u2013 \u0160iroki Brijeg \u2013 Grude \u2013 granica s Republikom Hrvatskom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Budu\u0107i da je financiranje koridora V-c zaokru\u017eeno, Vlada FBiH je sada usmjerila pa\u017enju na osiguravanje sredstava za gradnju brzih cesta, izme\u0111u ostalog i ove dionice ukupne du\u017eine 61 kilometar. Planirano je da se trasa podijeli na manje dionice i da se izvor financiranja za po\u010detak gradnje na\u0111e u prora\u010dunu Federacije BiH \u2013 ka\u017ee Pulji\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brza cesta pru\u017eat \u0107e se od prometnog \u010dvori\u0161ta u mjestu Kuti sjeverno od Mostar, dalje preko rijeke Neretve, zatim dijelom iznad \u017eeljezni\u010dke pruge, preko kopa Vihovi\u0107i, iznad vrela Radobolje, tunelom \u017dovnica do rotor u Pologu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Od Pologa trasa ide obodom Mostarskog blata, dalje do \u0160irokog Brijega, obilazi taj grad s ju\u017ene strane, otuda dalje prema Grudama, obilazi Grude sa sjeverne strane i dolazi na granicu s Republikom Hrvatskom, gdje se uklju\u010duje na brzu cestu Zagvozd \u2013 Imotski.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Procijenjena vrijednost ove brze ceste je oko 730 milijuna maraka, s tim da je prva dionica (Kuti Liva\u010d \u2013 Mostar \u2013 Polog) duplo kra\u0107a i duplo skuplja zbog te\u017eine terena. Procijenjena vrijednost te prve dionice je oko 460 milijuna maraka, a druga dionica od Pologa do granice s Hrvatskom je oko 270 milijuna maraka &#8211; poja\u0161njava pomo\u0107nik federalnog ministra prometa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trenutno Javno poduze\u0107e Autoceste FBiH provode aktivnosti na izradi projekta dokumentacije za obje dionice, a u Federalnom ministarstvu prometa i veza procjenjuju kako bi dokumentacija te glavni projekt trebali bili gotovi do konca 2023. godine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvor:pogled.ba<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nakon godina gradnje i ulo\u017eenih milijuna poznat je vremenski okvir dovr\u0161etka najve\u0107eg poslijeratnog projekta u Bosni i Hercegovini &#8211; koridora V-c.
