Koliko kofeina dnevno unosite u svoj organizam ovisi o napitku koji konzumirate. \u0160alica \u010daja mo\u017ee imati izme\u0111u 14 i 60 miligrama kofeina, ovisno o vrsti \u010daja, dok ga kava mo\u017ee imati i do 200 miligrama. Osim u kavi i \u010daju, kofein se nalazi u energetskim pi\u0107ima, koli i nekim \u010dokoladnim proizvodima.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako kofein obi\u010dno nije opasan ako se konzumira u umjerenim koli\u010dinama, <strong>previ\u0161e kofeina mo\u017ee negativno utjecati na zdravlje.<\/strong> Ve\u0107ina odraslih mo\u017ee sigurno konzumirati oko 400 miligrama kofeina dnevno, \u0161to otprilike iznosi 4 do 5 \u0161alica kave prosje\u010dne veli\u010dine. Naravno, ta koli\u010dina se razlikuje ovisno o osobi. Postoje znakovi koji pokazuju da ste unijeli previ\u0161e kofeina, a me\u0111u njima su:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>drhtanje<\/li><li>uznemirenost<\/li><li>problemi sa spavanjem<\/li><li>glavobolja<\/li><li>vrtoglavica<\/li><li>ubrzano lupanje srca<\/li><li>dehidracija<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160to vi\u0161e kofeina sadr\u017ei hrana ili pi\u0107e koje konzumirate, to je ve\u0107a vjerojatnost da \u0107ete osjetiti nuspojave prevelike konzumacije kofeina. Ve\u0107ina ljudi osjeti maksimalan u\u010dinak kofeina oko sat vremena nakon konzumacije. Nakon \u010detiri do \u0161est sati, va\u0161e tijelo \u0107e sagorjeti otprilike polovicu onoga \u0161to ste unijeli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako kofein utje\u010de na \u017eiv\u010dani sustav?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Pove\u0107ana budnost<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kofein je stimulans koji u mozgu <strong>blokira u\u010dinke kemikalije zvane adenozin,<\/strong> zbog koje se osje\u0107ate pospano. Konzumacijom kofeina se osje\u0107ate budnije i energi\u010dnije, zbog \u010dega mnogi ljudi piju kavu ili \u010daj kako bi ostali budni, pi\u0161e Centarzdravlja.hr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Promjene ciklusa spavanja<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kofein vas mo\u017ee dr\u017eati budnim \u010dak i ako to ne \u017eelite jer <strong>smanjuje razinu hormona melatonina<\/strong>, koji je potreban tijelu da zaspi. Ako imate problema sa spavanjem, trebali biste ograni\u010diti konzumaciju kofeina u poslijepodnevnim i ve\u010dernjim satima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Osje\u0107aj tjeskobe<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Druga lo\u0161a strana je da se zbog kofeina mo\u017eete osje\u0107ati nervozno ili tjeskobno, pogotovo ako ga previ\u0161e konzumirate. Osobama koje imaju anksiozni ili pani\u010dni poreme\u0107aj lije\u010dnici \u010desto savjetuju<strong> izbjegavanje kofeina.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Pove\u0107ane razine dopamina<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedna od pozitivnih strana kofeina je da<strong> mo\u017ee pobolj\u0161ati mentalnu dobrobit.<\/strong> Kofein poja\u010dava protok dopamina, kemijske tvari u mozgu pod \u010dijim se utjecajem osje\u0107ate sretno. Jedno istra\u017eivanje je pokazalo da je umjerena konzumacija kave kod nekih sudionika smanjila rizik od depresije i samoubojstva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Pozitivan utjecaj na pam\u0107enje<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kofein \u010dak mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i da<strong> bolje razmi\u0161ljate i pamtite. <\/strong>Prema jednom istra\u017eivanju, osobe koje piju kavu su imale bolje rezultate na testiranjima. Tako\u0111er, stariji ljudi koji konzumiraju kofein mogu imati manji rizik da \u0107e razviti Alzheimerovu bolest i druge probleme s pam\u0107enjem koji se pojavljuju u starijoj dobi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako kofein utje\u010de na srce?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kofein je uglavnom siguran za srce i<strong> nema dokaza da pove\u0107ava krvni tlak<\/strong> ili uzrokuje opasne aritmije. Me\u0111utim, <strong>postoje i iznimke<\/strong> jer utjecaj kofeina na srce ovisi o tome iz kojih se izvora konzumira kofein. Jedna od tih iznimki su energetska pi\u0107a, jer ona obi\u010dno sadr\u017ee visoke koncentracije kofeina. Ako popijete energetsko pi\u0107e, postoji vjerojatnost da do\u0111e do<strong> abnormalnog sr\u010danog ritma i blago povi\u0161enog krvnog tlaka<\/strong> 6 sati nakon konzumacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cak i pi\u0107a koja sadr\u017ee manje koncentracije kofeina mogu privremeno <strong>pove\u0107ati broj otkucaja srca <\/strong>ako se unose u prevelikim koli\u010dinama. Kod osoba koje ina\u010de nemaju problema sa srcem to u ve\u0107ini slu\u010dajeva nije zabrinjavaju\u0107e, me\u0111utim <strong>osobe koje imaju postoje\u0107e sr\u010dane bolesti<\/strong> bi trebale razgovarati sa svojim lije\u010dnikom o konzumaciji kofeina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako kofein utje\u010de na probavu i mokrenje?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kod nekih ljudi <strong>kava mo\u017ee izazvati \u017egaravicu,<\/strong> a razlog tome je \u0161to kofein pove\u0107ava koli\u010dinu \u017eelu\u010dane kiseline. Neki znanstvenici ovaj u\u010dinak povezuju s gorkim okusom kofeina te smatraju da hrana i pi\u0107e gorkog okusa uzrokuje ve\u0107e stvaranje kiseline. Osobe koje imaju stanja povezana s refluksom kiseline, kao \u0161to je gastroezofagealna refluksna bolest (GERB), mogu primijetiti <strong>pogor\u0161anje simptoma uslijed konzumacije kofeina.<\/strong> Osim toga, kofein je diuretik, \u0161to zna\u010di da poti\u010de va\u0161e tijelo na \u010de\u0161\u0107e mokrenje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Je li kofein siguran u trudno\u0107i?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Previ\u0161e kofeina<strong> mo\u017ee na\u0161tetiti bebi u razvoju, <\/strong>osobito u ranim fazama trudno\u0107e. \u010cak i prije nego \u0161to zatrudnite, ako unosite vi\u0161e od 400 miligrama kofeina dnevno, mo\u017ee do\u0107i do negativnog u\u010dinka. \u200cTijelo fetusa sporije razgra\u0111uje kofein jer mu nedostaje specifi\u010dan kemijski spoj.
