U ovom receptu koristila je sastojke koji su pogodni i za vegane, prenosi&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/slatkisvijet.com\/recepti\/cupcakes-muffins\/red-velvet-cupcakes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Slatki svijet<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sastojci<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Biskvit<\/strong><br>70 g aquafabe (slanutkove vode)<br>200 g glatkog bra\u0161na<br>12 g nezasla\u0111enog prirodnog kakaa u prahu<br>\u00bc \u017eli\u010dice soli<br>225 g \u0161e\u0107era<br>95 g suncokretovog ulja<br>160 g ri\u017einog mlijeka<br>1 \u017eli\u010dica ekstrakta vanilije<br>1 \u00bc \u017eli\u010dica pra\u0161ka za pecivo ( cca 6.5 g)<br>\u00bc \u017eli\u010dice sode bikarbone<br>1 \u017eli\u010dica alkoholnog ili jabu\u010dnog octa<br>crvena jestiva boja u prahu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Krema<\/strong><br>290 g ri\u017einog mlijeka<br>40 g glatkog bra\u0161na<br>150 g \u0161e\u0107era<br>\u00bc \u017eli\u010dice soli<br>250 g margarina (80% masno\u0107e)<br>1 \u017elica ekstrakta vanilije<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/narod.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/red-velvet-cupkaes-vegan-recept-aquafaba_1.jpg\" alt=\"kola\u010di\u0107i\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Priprema cupcakes kola\u010di\u0107a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zagrijte ventilacijsku pe\u0107nicu na 165\u00b0C, odnosno 180\u00b0C ukoliko koristite pe\u0107nicu s dva grija\u010da. Stavite papirnate ko\u0161arice u kalup za cupcakese\/muffine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U jednu zdjelu prosijte i pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, kakao prah, \u0161e\u0107er, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i sol. U drugoj posudi istucite malo aquafabu, dok ne postane poput bijelog oblaka. Dodajte ulje, ri\u017eino mlijeko, ekstrakt vanilije i pola \u017eli\u010dice crvene boje u prahu pa sve izmije\u0161ajte koriste\u0107i pjenja\u010du dok ne bude jednoli\u010dne konzistencije. Mokre sastojke dodajte suhima i pomije\u0161ajte dok se sve ne sjedini. Na kraju, u maloj \u0161alici, pomije\u0161ajte sodu bikarbonu s octom. Lu\u017enato i kiselo \u0107e reagirati isti tren i stvorit \u0107e se pjena. Odmah je dodajte u smjesu i sve dobro izmije\u0161ajte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Napunite papirnate ko\u0161arice do \u00be visine te pecite u zagrijanoj pe\u0107nici izme\u0111u 20-25 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad su gotovi ostavite ih da se ohlade prije ukra\u0161avanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Priprema kreme<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Od ri\u017einog mlijeka, bra\u0161na, \u0161e\u0107era i soli napravite puding, stalno mije\u0161aju\u0107i pjenja\u010dom na srednje jakoj vatri. Kad je gotovo, prekrijte prozirnom folijom tako da doti\u010de kremu kako se ne bi stvorila \u00abko\u017eica\u00bb na vrhu. Ostavite da se ohladi na sobnu temperaturu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miksajte omek\u0161ali margarin (ili neku drugu vegansku zamjenu za maslac) 5 minuta dok ne posvijetli i ne postane pjenast. Dobar tek!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Slatki savjet!<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cuvajte ih na sobnoj temperaturi jer su tako najukusniji i najmek\u0161i.
