Drugima pak nedostaje struktura, ali i kave i opu\u0161teni razgovori s kolegama u uredu. Rad na daljinu, za zanimanja kod kojih je to mogu\u0107e jer nije svaki posao pogodan za ovu vrstu fleksibilnosti, sve je \u010de\u0161\u0107i i postao je uobi\u010dajen otkad je progla\u0161ena pandemija.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Postoje razni savjeti o tome kako kod takvog na\u010dina rada&nbsp;<strong>ostati produktivni, ali i sa\u010duvati mentalno zdravlje<\/strong>, bilo da \u017eivite sami pa vam nedostaje kontakt u\u017eivo s kolegama ili imate uku\u0107ane koji tako\u0111er rade od ku\u0107e ili djecu koja ne razumiju da radite. Kad dulje vrijeme radite izvan ureda, mogu se pojaviti osje\u0107aj&nbsp;<strong>stresa, nedostatak motivacije, tjeskoba i neizvjesnost<\/strong>, \u0161to sve utje\u010de na va\u0161e zdravlje, pi\u0161e Centarzdravlja.hr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No kakve god uvjete imali, rad od ku\u0107e mo\u017ee biti pravi u\u017eitak ako si&nbsp;<strong>stvorite pravo radno okru\u017eenje i pobrinete za svoje zdravlje.&nbsp;<\/strong>Donosimo vam jednostavne savjete koji \u0107e vam pomo\u0107i da se osje\u0107ate vi\u0161e&nbsp;<strong>produktivno i motivirano te zdravije<\/strong>&nbsp;dok radite od ku\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Prona\u0111ite najbolji polo\u017eaj sjedenja i ne zaboravite se kretati<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Radom od ku\u0107e lako mo\u017eete \u201czaboraviti\u201d na neke osnovne potrebe svog tijela. U uredu ste vjerojatno imali\u00a0<strong>ergonomsku ili podesivu radnu stolicu<\/strong>, dok kod ku\u0107e vjerojatno sjedite za obi\u010dnim kuhinjskim stolom ili \u010dak na kau\u010du ili krevetu s laptopom u krilu. Naravno, ne\u0107ete ulagati u cijeli ku\u0107ni ured, ali mo\u017eete obratiti pozornost na to kako se va\u0161e tijelo osje\u0107a dok radite od ku\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.centarzdravlja.hr\/site\/assets\/files\/61541\/147442163_m.513x0-is.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedna prednost rada od ku\u0107e, za razliku od rada u uredu, je ta \u0161to&nbsp;<strong>mo\u017eete \u010desto mijenjati polo\u017eaje<\/strong>. Isprobajte vi\u0161e polo\u017eaja, npr. sjedite na stolici, stojite za kuhinjskim pultom, opustite se na kau\u010du, sjedite na pilates lopti ili prostirci na podu sa stoli\u0107em u dnevnoj sobi kao stolom. Testiranje razli\u010ditih polo\u017eaja mo\u017ee vam pomo\u0107i da br\u017ee prona\u0111ete polo\u017eaj koji vam najvi\u0161e odgovara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dugo sjedenje<\/strong>&nbsp;u istom polo\u017eaju i op\u0107enito sjedila\u010dki na\u010din \u017eivota mogu biti&nbsp;<strong>uzrok bolova i gr\u010deva u mi\u0161i\u0107ima.<\/strong>&nbsp;Stoga je va\u017eno obratiti pa\u017enju na kretanje. Fleksibilnost ku\u0107nog rada zna\u010di da se u velikoj mjeri&nbsp;<strong>mo\u017eete kretati kada to \u017eelite.&nbsp;<\/strong>Poku\u0161ajte si postaviti&nbsp;<strong>podsjetnik za vje\u017ebanje ili \u0161etnju na svje\u017eem zraku<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Uzimajte pauze i iza\u0111ite na svje\u017e zrak<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Uzimanjem pauze za ru\u010dak i redovitih stanki od gledanja u ekran usredoto\u010dit \u0107ete se na ne\u0161to drugo i to \u0107e vam pomo\u0107i da se vratite vi\u0161e usredoto\u010deni na posao. \u010cak i samo&nbsp;<strong>5 do 10 minuta kratkih pauza svakih sat vremena<\/strong>&nbsp;mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i va\u0161oj produktivnosti. Ako je mogu\u0107e, provodite&nbsp;<strong>vrijeme na otvorenom&nbsp;<\/strong>jer to je odli\u010dno za va\u0161e mentalno zdravlje. Odredite vrijeme za \u0161etnju, tr\u010danje ili vo\u017enju biciklom na svje\u017eem zraku. Ovakve pauze pomo\u0107i \u0107e vam da razbistrite glavu, pogotovo kad zapnete na nekim dijelovima posla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zdravo se hranite, naspavajte i oja\u010dajte imunitet<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako ste kod ku\u0107e, va\u0161 imunitet mo\u017ee biti naru\u0161en. Jedna od prednosti rada od ku\u0107e je slobodan pristup kuhinji, ali nemojte jesti \u0161to god na\u0161li u njoj.&nbsp;<strong>Zdrava prehrana<\/strong>&nbsp;je jako va\u017ena za ljude koji rade i morate jesti hranu koja vam&nbsp;<strong>daje, a ne crpi energiju<\/strong>. Za ru\u010dak jedite obroke koji sadr\u017ee proteine (riba, meso, jaja), slo\u017eene ugljikohidrate (mahunarke i cjelovite \u017eitarice) i \u017eeljezo (lisnato zeleno povr\u0107e). U me\u0111uobroke uklju\u010dite vo\u0107e i ora\u0161aste plodove te pijte puno vode. Hranite se zdravo svaki dan jer prekomjerno jedenje mo\u017ee dovesti do tromosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nemojte zaboraviti i na&nbsp;<strong>dobar san.<\/strong>&nbsp;Kad radite od ku\u0107e, mo\u017ee se dogoditi da si poremetite uobi\u010dajenu rutinu odlaska u krevet i bu\u0111enja ujutro. Rutina je i dalje va\u017ena, \u010dak i kad ne morate ustati rano svakog jutra. Idite u krevet u odre\u0111eno vrijeme, spavajte 8 sati i nemojte dolaziti u isku\u0161enje da spavate dulje. Zapo\u010dnite svoj dan rano kao i kad putujete na posao.
