Gotovo da nema osobe koja uzima inzulin i nije iskusila ovo stanje. Kod nekih se mo\u017ee javiti i no\u0107na hipoglikemija. Ekipa emisije &#8216;Zdrav \u017eivot&#8217; HRT-a&nbsp; istra\u017eila je kako izgleda \u017eivot s dijabetesom tipa 1 i koje savjete treba imati na umu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; I\u0161la sam vaditi krv jer sam bila anemi\u010dna. U pozadini su vidjeli da mi je \u0161e\u0107er blago povi\u0161en. Obavila sam nekoliko pretraga poput testa intolerancije na glukozu i ispostavilo se da imam dijabetes. Daljnjim pretragama u bolnici se ispostavilo da sam u pretfazi dijabetesa tipa 1., pri\u010da Antonia Precali. Taj tip dijabetesa rje\u0111i je od tipa 2 i predstavlja svega 7-10% svih slu\u010dajeva dijabetesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na dijabetes tipa 1 utje\u010du i genetski i okoli\u0161ni faktori, a Antoniji, studentici 3. godine medicine dijabetes je otkriven kad je imala 11 godina. Mjerenje \u0161e\u0107era, davanje inzulina, ra\u010dunanje ugljikohidrata, za dijete nije normalna stvar, pri\u010da Antonia koja je nau\u010dila \u017eivjeti s dijebatesom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Hipoglikemija koja ugro\u017eava \u017eivot<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kod osoba koje uzimaju inzulin, \u010desto se mo\u017ee javiti hipoglikemija, odnosno niska razina \u0161e\u0107era u krvi koja mo\u017ee ugroziti \u017eivot. Do nje dolazi ako primjena inzulina nije uskla\u0111ena s unosom ugljikohidrata u obrocima i razinom tjelesne aktivnosti. Rizik za hipoglikemiju javlja se u slu\u010daju da osoba presko\u010di obrok, pojede premalo ili je izlo\u017eena neplaniranim tjelesnim naporima.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Danas, zahvaljuju\u0107i napretku tehnologije, imamo suvremene inzuline s predvidljivijim na\u010dinom djelovanja pa samim time i manju pojavnost hipoglikemije. Isto tako, postoje i inzulinske pumpe koje kontinuirano mjere razinu glukoze u krvi, \u0161to osobama oboljelima od dijabetesa, poput Antonie, znatno olak\u0161ava \u017eivot s dijabetesom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Simptomi hipoglikemije i pravilo &#8216;petnaestice&#8217;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simptomi koji se mogu javiti kod hipoglikemije su poja\u010dano znojenje, ubrzan rad srca, bljedilo, drhtavica. Mogu se javiti simptomi koji su posljedica nedostatne opskrbe sredi\u0161njeg \u017eiv\u010danog sustava glukozom &#8211; umor, pospanost, gubitak koncentracije, ote\u017ean govor, smetnje vida pa i gubitak svijesti. U tretiranju hipoglikemije, ukoliko je osoba pri svijesti, koristi se pravilo 15-ice \u2013 osoba mora konzumirati 15 grama jednostavnih ugljikohidrata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Ho\u0107e li to biti 3-4 glukozna bombona, jedna ju\u0161na \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era otopljena u \u010da\u0161i vode ili 2 decilitra vo\u0107nog soka, sasvim je svejedno, va\u017eno je da se nakon 15 minuta prekontrolira razina \u0161e\u0107era u krvi. Ukoliko je ona i dalje niska, taj se taj postupak ponavlja, obja\u0161njava Antonia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Posebno opasne no\u0107ne hipoglikemije<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hipoglikemije se mogu javiti u bilo koje doba dana ili no\u0107i. Posebno opasne su takozvane no\u0107ne hipoglikemije jer one vrlo \u010desto mogu pro\u0107i neopa\u017eeno. Na njih mogu ukazivati, umor, iscrpljenost, jutarnje glavobolje ili pak no\u0107no znojenje. No\u0107ne hipoglikemije su opasne jer mogu srce usporava pa postoji rizik za pojavu aritmija, \u010dak i zastoja srca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Savjeti za bolju kvalitetu \u017eivota s dijabetesom<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za bolju kvalitetu \u017eivota s dijabetesom, profesorica Sanja savjetuje \u2013 uravnote\u017eenu i pravilnu prehranu, redovitu tjelesnu aktivnost, samokontrolu i redovno pra\u0107enje glukoze u krvi. Broj oboljelih od dijabetesa tipa 1 je u porastu, stoga treba na vrijeme reagirati. Osim lije\u010dnika, za osobe oboljele od oba tipa dijabetesa postoje brojne udruge i dru\u0161tva koja pru\u017eaju korisne informacije, edukacije i u ovo doba virusne pandemije. Jedno od njih je i Zagreba\u010dko dijabeti\u010dko dru\u0161tvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Brojne udruge i dru\u0161tva<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Nastojimo biti produ\u017eena ruka nakon \u0161to otkriju dijabetes. Stoga su na\u0161e aktivnosti nekako usmjerene na edukaciju, to je prvenstveno, zatim na psiholo\u0161ku potporu i na nutricionisti\u010dke savjete. S obzirom da je ovo vrijeme pandemije sve nas je usmjerilo na online aktivnosti. To smo i napravili, ka\u017ee \u010dlanica Zagreba\u010dkog dijabeti\u010dkog dru\u0161tva Ana \u0160poljari\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Izdaju \u010dasopis, na internetu \u010desto organiziraju edukacije na razli\u010dite teme kako bi ljudima pru\u017eili \u0161to je mogu\u0107e vi\u0161e informacija o ovoj bolesti koja, osim \u0161to je u porastu, utje\u010de na kvalitetu \u017eivota.
