Ta se praksa obi\u010dno ne preporu\u010duje, osim ako niste pod nadzorom zdravstvenog stru\u010dnjaka, pi\u0161e Centarzdravlja.hr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brzi gubitak te\u017eine mo\u017ee stvoriti stres organizmu i<strong>&nbsp;promijeniti hormonalni odgovor.<\/strong>&nbsp;Hormoni gladi leptin i grelin, koji daju signale gladi i sitosti, mogu biti neuskla\u0111eni zbog \u010dega \u0107ete htjeti jesti \u010de\u0161\u0107e nego \u0161to je to potrebno.
