Danas barem poku\u0161avam birati svoje bitke i izabrati svoje ciljeve. Odlu\u010dila sam se za jednostavnu taktiku. Jedan sanjala\u010dki veliki cilj i ostali manji, drugima gotovo banalni pa ih ne \u017eelim ovako javno dijeliti. Ipak postoji ne\u0161to \u0161to bez previ\u0161e muke mo\u017eete ve\u0107 danas ubaciti u svoju rutinu. I iako izgleda kao sitnica nakon samo par tjedana imat \u0107e ogroman u\u010dinak i na va\u0161e raspolo\u017eenje i na va\u0161u figuru i na va\u0161u kondiciju, pi\u0161e&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/zivim.gloria.hr\/zivim\/rastem\/bez-previse-muke-tri-sitnice-koje-mogu-imati-veliki-ucinak-na-nase-zdravlje-raspolozenje-i-liniju-15064183\">\u017divim.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A ne ko\u0161ta gotovo ni\u0161ta! To su:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Dnevno kretanje<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Osim \u0161to su teretane malo zatvorene malo otvorene, ovo je ne\u0161to \u0161to je OTVORENO STALNO. A zapravo ga tako malo koristimo. Rastegnite va\u0161e tjelesne aktivnosti kroz dan i prilagodite ih va\u0161em ritmu. Ako doma nemate vre\u0107icu \u010dipsa onda s njim ne\u0107e sjesti ispred tv-a i smazati ga u deset minuta. Umjesto toga probajte barem u planiranoj kupnji pove\u0107ati povr\u0107e i vo\u0107e u fri\u017eideru koliko god to te\u0161ko bilo na po\u010detku. I mrkva nije lo\u0161 odabir za zdravi snack ako vam je pri ruci? A u ovo doba preporu\u010dujem rotkvice. Bit \u0107e mo\u017eda \u010dudno prvih par dana, ali ako ih kombinirate s na primjer namazom od slanutka, mogu biti odli\u010dna i zdrava ve\u010dera.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Priu\u0161tite si pregled<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prestanite kukati kako vam tvrtka ne osigurava sistematski pregled svake godine i u\u010dinite to sami za sebe. Zbrojite ulaganje u automobil i MAKAR POLA OD TE SUME ulo\u017eite u jedan dobar check up vlastitog stanja. Bitno je da stvorite vrijeme koje je rezervirano samo za va\u0161u dobrobit. Preventivni pregledi puno puta spa\u0161avaju \u017eivote. Nemojte zbog lijenosti zanemarivati signale koje vam \u0161alje tijelo. Sebi ste naj-VA\u017dNIJI.
