No valja napomenuti da su prednosti za zdravlje bile o\u010ditije u onih u ranim 70-im godinama nego u kasnim sedamdesetima.<br><br>Istra\u017eivanje, objavljeno u \u010dasopisu Heart, provodilo se vi\u0161e od 20 godina me\u0111u vi\u0161e od 3000 Talijana starijih od 65 godina.<br><br>Talijanski znanstvenici pratili su razvoj bolesti srca, me\u0111u kojima i zatajenje srca, mo\u017edani udar i koronarne sr\u010dane bolest, pri \u010demu su nadzirali i koli\u010dinu tjelesne aktivnosti.<br><br>Fizi\u010dka aktivnost bez sumnje je povezana s manjim rizikom od razvoja bolesti krvo\u017eilnog sustava.<br><br>Nakon daljnje analize, autori studije su otkrili da najmanje 20 minuta tjelovje\u017ebe dnevno ipak ima najve\u0107e prednosti u dobnoj skupini od 70 do 75 godina.<br><br>\u010cini se kako su benefiti vje\u017ebe opadali \u0161to su ispitanici bili stariji, \u0161to upu\u0107uje na to da se &#8220;ve\u0107a korist za kardiovaskularni sustav posti\u017ee zapo\u010dne li se sa svakodnevnom fizi\u010dkom aktivnosti ranije u starijoj \u017eivotnoj dobi, zaklju\u010dili su talijanski znanstvenici.<br><br>U povezanom editorijalu pod naslovom &#8220;Fizi\u010dka aktivnost u starijih ljudi: bolje ikad nego nikad, ali jo\u0161 bolje ranije nego kasnije, stru\u010dnjaci isti\u010du kako je istra\u017eivanje pokazalo da je u starijoj dobi svakodnevno &#8220;kretanje lijek.<br><br>\u010cak i manja fizi\u010dka aktivnost mo\u017ee pozitivno utjecati na op\u0107e zdravstveno stanje starijih ljudi, ali samo ako se s njom po\u010dne na vrijeme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvor:hrt.hr<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Osobe starije od 70 godina trebale bi dnevno vje\u017ebati barem 20 minuta da bi pobolj\u0161ale zdravlje srca, ka\u017eu stru\u010dnjaci.
