Evo kako to izgleda u praksi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>\u0160to su kalorije?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Evo kako je to pojasnila nutricionistica Andreja Biland\u017eija: \u201cKalorija (cal) je ina\u010de, prema definiciji, koli\u010dina energije, ili topline, koja je potrebna da se temperatura jednog grama vode povisi za jedan Celzijev stupanj. Ono \u0161to mi smatramo kalorijama zapravo su kilokalorije (kcal) \u0161to je tisu\u0107u kalorija (cal). Dakle u kilokalorijama izra\u017eavamo koliko energije trebamo na dan. Energija je potrebna tijelu da bi se odr\u017ealo na \u017eivotu, raslo, kretalo se\u2026 energiju dobivamo iz hrane i pi\u0107a odnosno ona dolazi iz masti, ugljikohidrata, proteina i alkohola u na\u0161oj prehrani\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potrebe za energijom variraju od pojedinca do pojedinca, ovisno o \u010dimbenicima kao \u0161to su dob, spol, sastav tijela i razina tjelesne aktivnosti. &nbsp;Za odr\u017eavanje tjelesne te\u017eine potrebno je uravnote\u017eiti energiju dobivenu hranom s onom koja se potro\u0161i na dnevnoj bazi. Da biste izgubili na te\u017eini, potro\u0161nja energije mora prema\u0161iti unos, a da biste se udebljali unos energije mora prema\u0161iti potro\u0161nju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>\u0160to je metabolizam? &nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Metabolizam opisuje sve kemijske procese koji se stalno odvijaju u na\u0161em tijelu i odr\u017eavaju nas na \u017eivotu te \u010dini da svi organi funkcioniraju normalno, poput disanja i probavljanja hrane. Taj kemijski proces zahtjeva energiju, a minimalna koli\u010dina energije koju tijelo treba da bi se odradili svi procesi se naziva bazalni metabolizam (BMR), a odnosi se na 40 ili 70 posto dnevne potrebe organizma za energijom, ovisno o va\u0161em na\u010dinu \u017eivota. Spor metabolizam se \u010desto naziva nizak bazalni metabolizam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200cTermogeneza je proizvodnja topline u tijelu i tehni\u010dki je izraz za pretvorbu energije iz hrane u onu iskoristivu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c\u017dvakanje hrane, probavljanje i pohranjivanje oduzima oko 10 posto energije koju ste unijeli putem hrane. Fizi\u010dka aktivnost zahtjeva vi\u0161e energije i to je dodatak na onu koju ste potro\u0161ili obavljaju\u0107i gore navedene radnje. Svaka aktivnost oduzima kalorije, bilo da je ona umjerena ili intenzivna\u201d, ka\u017ee nutricionistica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jednostavna radnja poput vje\u0161anja mokrog rublja oduzima ne\u0161to kalorija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Koliko kalorija tro\u0161ite?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Razlikuje se to od osobe do osobe, a mo\u017eete \u201cugrubo\u201d procijeniti koliko vam kalorija treba ovisno o dobi, te\u017eini i spolu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNa primjer, mu\u0161karac od 50 godina koji je visok 178 cm i te\u017eak 74 kilograma mo\u017ee potro\u0161iti oko 1650 kalorija u danu. \u017dena u istim godinama koja je visoka 167 cm i ima 61 kilogram mo\u017ee potro\u0161iti do 1400 kalorija u danu. Mla\u0111e osobe tro\u0161e ne\u0161to vi\u0161e kalorija\u201d, obja\u0161njava nutricionistica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vje\u017ebanjem se tro\u0161i vi\u0161e kalorija<br>Ako dodamo ra\u010dunici i tjelesnu aktivnost, sigurno se tro\u0161i vi\u0161e kalorija. Razli\u010diti tipovi aktivnosti tro\u0161e razli\u010dit broj kalorija. Ako va\u0161a vaga pokazuje 72 kilograma i sat vremena ste proveli u teretani, mogli biste potro\u0161iti otprilike ovoliko kalorija:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 elipti\u010dna ma\u0161ina: 365 kalorija<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 golf: 314 kalorije<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 tr\u010danje: 606 kalorija<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 hodanje: 314 kalorije<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 vo\u017enja bicikla: 292 kalorije<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 planinarenje: 435 kalorija<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Najbolji na\u010din za potro\u0161nju vi\u0161e kalorija je dodatna tjelovje\u017eba. Zasad je potvr\u0111eno kako se metabolizam usporava kako osoba stari, ali postoje na\u010dini da ga malo ubrzate ako radite na ja\u010danju mi\u0161i\u0107a jer upravo oni trebaju ne\u0161to vi\u0161e energije od masno\u0107a.
