Me\u0111utim zbog prekomjerne upotrebe, kuhinjska sol mo\u017ee biti rizi\u010dna za zdravlje. Smatra se da svjetska populacija koristi u prosjeku duplo vi\u0161e soli nego \u0161to je na\u0161em organizmu potrebno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diplomirani in\u017eenjer prehrambene tehnologije i profesorica nutricionizma Suada Kari\u0107 nagla\u0161ava da sol jeste potrebna za normalno odvijanje funkcija organizma, ali da je koli\u010dina od 5 grama dnevno sasvim dovoljna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Zbog neznanja, lo\u0161ih prehrambenih navika i pretjerane upotrebe, kuhinjska sol uzrokuje vi\u0161e \u0161tete nego koristi za ljudski organizam. Istra\u017eivanjima je utvr\u0111eno da op\u0107a populacija nije dovoljno svjesna \u0161tetnosti prekomjernog unosa kuhinjske soli &#8211; kazala je za Fenu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako upozorava, posljedice pove\u0107anog unosa soli za na\u0161e zdravlje su veoma ozbiljne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Svima je poznat povi\u0161en tlak, ali prema procjenama Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije u kroni\u010dne nezarazne bolesti koje nastaju zbog prekomjernog unosa soli ubrajamo i dijabetes, debljinu, sr\u010dane, bubre\u017ene i plu\u0107ne bolesti, te rak. Te vrste bolesti odgovorne su za 86 posto preuranjenih smrtnih slu\u010dajeva u Europi. Godi\u0161nje u svijetu umire 2,5 milijuna ljudi upravo zbog posljedica prekomjerne upotrebe soli. Mora se priznati da je ovo \u0161okantan podatak &#8211; kazala je.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prekomjerna sol u organizmu izaziva i nadutost, sol zadr\u017eava vodu a vi\u0161ak vode u organizmu izaziva nadimanje, zbog smanjenog dotoka krvi do mozga mogu\u0107a je pojava demencije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Uno\u0161enje prevelike koli\u010dine soli pove\u0107ava krvni tlak i kod mladih, zdravih osoba. Sol utje\u010de na zdravlje, u svakoj \u017eivotnoj dobi. Sol tako\u0111er otupljuje \u010dula i kad se papile okusa prilagode na manje soli, ostali ukusi hrane bit \u0107e izra\u017eeniji &#8211; navode iz Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako ka\u017ee prof. Suada Kari\u0107 svaki gram natrija dovodi do zadr\u017eavanja 70 mililitara vode. Zadr\u017eavanje vode pod utjecajem natrija posebno je izra\u017eeno kod bolesnika s kroni\u010dnom bubre\u017enom bole\u0161\u0107u te kod bolesnika sa zatajenjem srca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Znamo da je pretjerano soljenje \u0161tetno za zdravlje, ali da li se toga sjetimo prilikom kuhanja hrane i pripremanja obroka, kad mahinalno dosoljavamo hranu a da je nismo ni probali. Da li se toga sjetimo kad kupujemo grickalice, mesne prera\u0111evine, brzu hranu, restoransku hranu, indijske za\u010dine, kruh, pecivo, sosove, trajne sireve i drugu prera\u0111enu hranu za koju nismo ni svjesni da sadr\u017ei skrivenu sol. \u0160e\u0107eri i za\u010dini, koji se dodaju hrani, prikrivaju vi\u0161ak dodate soli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Od 70 do 75 posto soli, koju unesemo u organizam, potje\u010de upravo od te skrivene soli koja poti\u010de iz prera\u0111ene hrane, a tek 30 posto je dodato tijekom kuhanja i nakon serviranja hrane &#8211; isti\u010de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako sa \u017ealjenjem isti\u010de, mnogo vrsta i hrane za bebe sadr\u017ei pove\u0107an udio soli.
