Potra\u017enja je velika jer novac gubi na vrijednosti, a s druge strane nekretnine ipak u dugogodi\u0161njem periodu ne gube na vrijednosti&#8221;, navela je Abdagi\u0107eva, dodaju\u0107i da su u Sarajevu neke lokacije vi\u0161e tra\u017eene, \u0161to im podi\u017ee cijenu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Kvadrat lijepog, renoviranog stana na Grbavici sada ko\u0161ta oko 3.000 KM, mo\u017eda i vi\u0161e. U novogradnji su od 3.000 do 4.000 KM&#8221;, kazala je Abdagi\u0107eva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dragan Gruban, iz Agencije za nekretnine &#8220;Agent Enex&#8221; Prijedor, naveo je da cijene kvadrata stana u novogradnji s ura\u010dunatim PDV-om idu od 2.000 do 2.250 KM.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;\u0160to se ti\u010de stanova u staroj gradnji, i njihova cijena je porasla za oko 20 posto, te se za stan u staroj gradnji koji je renoviran mora izdvojiti 1.700 KM, a stanovi koji nisu renovirani i iziskuju velika ulaganja ko\u0161taju od 1.150 KM do 1.350 KM&#8221;, kazao je Gruban za &#8220;Nezavisne&#8221;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slavka \u0110oki\u0107, vlasnica Agencije za nekretnine &#8220;\u0110oki\u0107&#8221; iz Bijeljine, navela je da se u ovom gradu cijena stana u novogradnji kre\u0107e od 2.000 do 2.400 KM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U Agenciji za nekretnine &#8220;Kartel&#8221; u Mostaru su naveli da cijena kvadrata novog stana varira od 2.500 do 3.000 KM, dok cijena kvadrata starog stana u Zenici, prema rije\u010dima Avde Stupara, vlasnika Agencije za nekretnine &#8220;Flash&#8221;, varira izme\u0111u 1.500 i 2.000 KM, a novog stana oko 2.500 KM plus PDV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvor:nezavisne.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Razlika u cijeni kvadrata stana u BiH ide \u010dak i do 4.000 KM te tako na pojedinim lokacijama u centru Sarajeva za kvadrat stana morate izdvojiti \u010dak 6.000 KM, u Banjaluci skoro 5.000, dok u Zenici i Prijedoru kvadrat stana ko\u0161ta oko 2.000 KM.
