Me\u0111utim, s godinama ta va\u017ena sposobnost mozga po\u010dinje \u201chr\u0111ati\u201d\u201d, \u0161to mo\u017ee biti uzrokovano ne samo godinama ve\u0107 i nizom drugih nepovoljnih faktora.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Koje navike \u0161tete pam\u0107enju i kako ih prevladati?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Naru\u0161eno pam\u0107enje jedna je od glavnih posljedica digitalne demencije \u2013 nove bolesti na\u0161eg vremena. Pod ovim pojmom lije\u010dnici podrazumijevaju pogor\u0161anje mentalnih sposobnosti osobe uslijed svakodnevne upotrebe ure\u0111aja, \u0161to je popra\u0107eno i pote\u0161ko\u0107ama u percipiranju informacija i nedostatkom kriti\u010dkog razmi\u0161ljanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eElektronski ure\u0111aji spa\u0161avaju osobu od pretjerane mentalne aktivnosti. Naravno, to nam uvelike pojednostavljuje \u017eivot, ali kako na takvu \u2018pomo\u0107\u2019 reagira mozak, koji je odgovoran za mentalnu funkciju tijela? Nedostatak rada ovog va\u017enog organa dovodi do postupnog uni\u0161tavanja neuronskih veza, a to zauzvrat zna\u010dajno usporava procese koji se odvijaju u mozgu\u201c, poru\u010duje njema\u010dki neuroznanstvenik, psihijatar na Fakultetu medicine i prirodnih znanosti u Ulmu, profesor Manfred Spitzer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Osim utjecaja ure\u0111aja, na rad mozga i pam\u0107enja negativno utje\u010du i brojne druge navike s kojima se daans ljudi svakodnevno susre\u0107u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nedostatak sna<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lije\u010dnici neprestano ponavljaju da je odmor klju\u010d mentalnog i fizi\u010dkog zdravlja. Tijekom spavanja obnavlja se rad mozga, razvija se njegova sposobnost u\u010denja, neutraliziraju se negativna sje\u0107anja, stabilizira emocionalno stanje. Osim toga, stru\u010dnjaci smatraju da je san vrlo va\u017ean za o\u010duvanje pam\u0107enja, jer u nedostatku istog dolazi do preoptere\u0107enja memorijskih krugova i pogor\u0161ava se sposobnost mozga da percipira i asimilira informacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Previ\u0161e informacija<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Svako od nas je u beskrajnom protoku informacija. Svaki dan primamo puno poruka iz razli\u010ditih izvora i prestajemo razlikovati va\u017ene informacije od nepotrebnih. Preobilje sadr\u017eaja ozbiljan je stres za mozak, \u0161to dovodi do pojave fragmentiranog mi\u0161ljenja, li\u0161enog kriti\u010dnosti. Osim toga, preoptere\u0107enost informacijama mo\u017ee uzrokovati probleme s pam\u0107enjem, koncentracijom i dono\u0161enjem odluka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nepravilna prehrana<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dokazano je da \u010desto konzumiranje brze hrane i one bogate zasi\u0107enim masno\u0107ama, \u0161e\u0107erima i solima izaziva odre\u0111ena kognitivna o\u0161te\u0107enja kod osobe, kao i pogor\u0161anje kratkoro\u010dnog pam\u0107enja. To je zato \u0161to navike u prehrani utje\u010du na funkcioniranje hipokampusa, podru\u010dja mozga koje je odgovorno za pam\u0107enje. Lije\u010dnici preporu\u010duju odgovoran pristup ovoj temi jer se u protivnom zna\u010dajno pove\u0107avaju rizici od razvoja demencije, dijabetesa i debljine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pasivni stil \u017eivota<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sjedila\u010dki na\u010din \u017eivota jo\u0161 je jedan u\u010destali \u010dimbenik koji negativno utje\u010de na pam\u0107enje. Postoji veza izme\u0111u nedovoljne fizi\u010dke aktivnosti i smanjenja sposobnosti osobe za u\u010denje. \u010cinjenica je da dugi boravak u istom polo\u017eaju smanjuje dotok krvi u mozak i ograni\u010dava dotok kisika i hranljivih tvari potrebnih za normalno funkcioniranje mozga. Nedostatak fizi\u010dke aktivnosti naru\u0161ava kratkoro\u010dno pam\u0107enje osobe, a mo\u017ee dovesti i do Alzheimerove bolesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Obavljanje vi\u0161e poslova istovremeno<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mnogi od nas \u017eive na na\u010din \u2013 uradi sve. Navikli smo da radimo nekoliko stvari u isto vrijeme i rje\u0161avamo mnoge probleme. Me\u0111utim, u ve\u0107ini slu\u010dajeva, ovakav na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja samo \u0161teti na\u0161em zdravlju, jer nas tjera da se prebacimo s jednog zadatka na drugi, \u0161to otupljuje na\u0161u sposobnost kreativnog i razmi\u0161ljanja izvan okvira. Osim toga, stalni stres iza velikog broja zadataka negativno utje\u010de na rad kardiovaskularnog sustava i emocionalno stanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Navike koje ugro\u017eavaju pam\u0107enje mo\u017eete pobolj\u0161ati tek kada preispitate svoj na\u010din \u017eivota. Prilagodite prehranu, uvedite redovitu fizi\u010dku aktivnost u dnevnu rutinu i dopustite svom tijelu da se potpuno opusti, pi\u0161e N1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Osim toga, digitalna detoksikacija pomo\u0107i \u0107e u o\u010duvanju pam\u0107enja. Privremeno odbijanje ubotrebe ure\u0111aja pomo\u0107i \u0107e da se povrati potpuno funkcioniranje mozga i aktiviraju va\u017eni misaoni procesi.
