Ako jeste, ne brinite, niste jedini. Dobra vijest je da neke lo\u0161e navike, zapravo nisu toliko \u0161tetne kao \u0161to mislite i zapravo nema potrebe da ih odbacujete.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Naravno,<strong>&nbsp;ne govorimo o pu\u0161enju, konzumiranju alkohola i prejedanju nezdravom hranom.&nbsp;<\/strong>Govorimo o navikama koje,&nbsp;<strong>ako su umjereno dozirane,<\/strong>&nbsp;mogu imati benefite na psihi\u010dko i fizi\u010dko zdravlje, pi\u0161e Centarzdravlja.hr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Tra\u010danje<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Htjeli priznati ili ne, ve\u0107ina ljudi tra\u010da. Bez obzira radi li se o komentiranju postupaka drugih osoba ili pak izno\u0161enju mi\u0161ljenja o ne\u010dijem odabiru odje\u0107e. Iako tra\u010danje nije ba\u0161 pristojno, ono ipak&nbsp;<strong>mo\u017ee imati pozitivne u\u010dinke.&nbsp;<\/strong>Naravno, ovo vrijedi samo dok je<strong>&nbsp;rije\u010d o bezazlenom i dobronamjernom komentiranju<\/strong>&nbsp;te dok nam to ne postane svakodnevna rutina. Komentiranje drugih ljudi i njihovih postupaka poma\u017ee da nau\u010dimo vi\u0161e o karakteru osoba oko nas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Ispijanje kave<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pretjerana konzumacija kave mo\u017ee na\u0161tetiti zdravlju, ali u manjim koli\u010dinama ovaj popularni napitak<strong>&nbsp;mo\u017ee biti dobar za zdravlje.&nbsp;<\/strong>Kada se pije u umjerenim koli\u010dinama (ne vi\u0161e od 3 \u0161alice dnevno), kava mo\u017ee ubrzati metabolizam, poja\u010dati izdr\u017eljivost u vje\u017ebanju te smanjiti rizik od nastanka \u017eu\u010dnih i bubre\u017enih kamenaca. Jedno istra\u017eivanje je pokazalo da \u017eene koje piju 2 \u0161alice kave dnevno imaju manju \u0161ansu za nastanak depresije, dok je nekoliko drugih istra\u017eivanja pokazalo da kava smanjuje rizik od dijabetesa povezanog sa starenjem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Psovanje<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iako psovanje nije pristojno, istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da&nbsp;<strong>psovke u odre\u0111enim situacijama mogu biti korisne.<\/strong>&nbsp;Jedna je studija pokazala da psovanje na poslu mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i osobama da se<strong>&nbsp;lak\u0161e nose sa stresom,&nbsp;<\/strong>dok je druga pokazala da psovke mogu pomo\u0107i kratkotrajnom ubla\u017eavanju boli, primjerice kada se udarimo. S druge pak strane, isto istra\u017eivanje je pokazalo da psovke imaju prednosti samo u kriznim situacijama i da njihov u\u010dinak slabi kada se pretjerano koriste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Preskakanje tu\u0161iranja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tu\u0161iranje je stvar osobne higijene, no ako ponekad koji dan odlu\u010dite provesti bez tu\u0161iranja, mogli biste u\u010diniti uslugu svom zdravlju i okoli\u0161u. Svakodnevno tu\u0161iranje skida prirodna ulja s ko\u017ee, \u010dija je funkcija odr\u017eati ko\u017eu hidratiziranom i uklanja dobre bakterije s povr\u0161ine ko\u017ee, koje<strong>&nbsp;poma\u017eu u prevenciji bolesti.<\/strong>&nbsp;Ipak, odlu\u010dite li presko\u010diti tu\u0161iranje u\u010dinite to na dan kada ne planirate trening ili bilo koju drugu aktivnost tijekom koje biste se mogli oznojiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Kasno ustajanje<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Osje\u0107ate li se lo\u0161e zato \u0161to ste odlu\u010dili prespavati dobar dio prijepodneva? Nemojte si predbacivati, jer istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da dovoljno sna doprinosi duljem \u017eivotu, boljem pam\u0107enju i manjoj razini stresa. Isto tako,&nbsp;<strong>nedovoljno sna mo\u017ee dovesti do debljanja i sr\u010danih bolesti.&nbsp;<\/strong>Stoga, idu\u0107i put kada vam obaveze to dopuste, jednostavno nemojte namje\u0161tati alarm i po\u0161teno se naspavajte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sad kada znate da&nbsp;<strong>ove navike i nisu toliko opasne,&nbsp;<\/strong>vi\u0161e se ne\u0107ete osje\u0107ati lo\u0161e zbog njih.
