Tjelovje\u017eba ili bavljenje sportom je, uz pravilnu prehranu, glavni razlog vitke linije i borac protiv stresa, lo\u0161eg raspolo\u017eenja i mnogih bolesti. Ako na trenigu nemate adekvatnog trenera, ili bi vam zatrebao jedan da vas prisili uop\u0107e do\u0107i na trening, postanite sam svoj trener.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zamislite \u0161to biste voljeli da vam trener sada ka\u017ee, \u0161to biste rekli osobi poput vas, sklonoj zabu\u0161avanju? Dodajte glazbu ili \u010dak film<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uz dobru glazbu ili ne\u0161to \u0161to vam lagano odvla\u010di pa\u017enju, bit \u0107ete motiviraniji za vje\u017ebanje. Stavite slu\u0161alice i pustite si najdra\u017ee pjesme ili jednostavno uklju\u010dite zvu\u010dnike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ako vje\u017ebate npr. na sobnom biciklu ili orbitreku, okrenite spravu prema televizoru i pustite si neki dobar film ili gledajte omiljeni TV program. Tako \u0107e vam vrijeme br\u017ee pro\u0107i i du\u017ee \u0107ete izdr\u017eati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Pratite napredak<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Napravite tablicu i u nju bilje\u017eite kada ste, \u0161to i koliko dugo vje\u017ebali. Mo\u017eete i sami sebe nagra\u0111ivati ne\u010dim \u0161to volite. \u017delite li izgubiti kilograme, u tablicu upisujte i kila\u017eu, odnosno tjelesne mjere, \u0161to ste jeli, te bilje\u017eite pijete li dovoljno vode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Vje\u017ebajte u dobrom dru\u0161tvu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U dobrom dru\u0161tvu sve je lak\u0161e, pa tako i bavljenje sportom. Primjerice, ako dio va\u0161ih aktivnosti \u010dine \u0161etnje u prirodi, pozovite prijateljicu da vam se pridru\u017ei.
