{"id":140892,"date":"2022-05-12T14:40:54","date_gmt":"2022-05-12T13:40:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radioljubuski.ba\/?p=140892"},"modified":"2022-05-12T14:40:55","modified_gmt":"2022-05-12T13:40:55","slug":"evo-koliko-dana-odmora-od-drustvenih-mreza-smanjuje-depresiju-i-tjeskobu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radioljubuski.ba\/index.php\/2022\/05\/12\/evo-koliko-dana-odmora-od-drustvenih-mreza-smanjuje-depresiju-i-tjeskobu\/","title":{"rendered":"Evo koliko dana odmora od dru\u0161tvenih mre\u017ea smanjuje depresiju i tjeskobu"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Samo tjedan dana odmora od dru\u0161tvenih mre\u017ea smanjuje depresiju i tjeskobu, pokazalo je novo istra\u017eivanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Ljudi koji su se sedam dana odmarali od platformi kao \u0161to su TikTok, Instagram, Twitter i Facebook prijavili su da se osje\u0107aju bolje, pokazalo je istra\u017eivanje Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta u Bathu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Znanstvenici su podijelili uzorak od 154 osobe u dobi od 18 do 72 godine u dvije skupine \u2013 od kojih je jednoj omogu\u0107en pristup dru\u0161tvenim mre\u017eama, a drugoj ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ispitanici su prije istra\u017eivanja u prosjeku koristili dru\u0161tvene mre\u017ee osam sati tjedno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Koriste\u0107i tri priznata testa znanstvenici su procijenili razinu njihove tjeskobe i depresije, te dobrog raspolo\u017eenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Od njih je zatra\u017eeno da rangiraju svoje slaganje s izjavama poput \u201cOsje\u0107am se optimisti\u010dno u pogledu budu\u0107nosti\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kako bi izmjerili depresiju, sudionicima istra\u017eivanja postavljana su pitanja uklju\u010duju\u0107i \u201ckoliko \u010desto ste tijekom posljednja dva tjedna bili uznemireni zbog malog interesa ili zadovoljstva u obavljanju stvari\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tjeskobnost je pra\u0107ena pomo\u0107u skale op\u0107eg anksioznog poreme\u0107aja, koja utvr\u0111uje koliko \u010desto osobu mu\u010di osje\u0107aj nervoze ili je \u2018na rubu\u2019 ili ne mo\u017ee prestati brinuti se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kod onih koji su uzeli jednotjednu pauzu od dru\u0161tvenih mre\u017ea vidjelo se da se njihovo dobro raspolo\u017eenje popelo s prosjeka od 46 na 55,93 na Warwick-Edinburgh ljestvici mentalnog blagostanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Razine depresije u ovoj skupini pale su sa 7,46 na 4,84 na Upitniku zdravlja pacijenata-8, dok je tjeskoba pala sa 6,92 na 5,94 na ljestvici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Glavni autor istra\u017eivanja dr. Jeff Lambert rekao je da ti rezultati ukazuju na umjereno pobolj\u0161anje depresije i dobrobiti te skromno pobolj\u0161anje tjeskobnog stanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMnogi na\u0161i ispitanici izvijestili su o pozitivnim u\u010dincima isklju\u010denja s dru\u0161tvenih mre\u017ea kroz bolje raspolo\u017eenje i manje tjeskobe\u201d, rekao je dr Lambert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cTo sugerira da \u010dak i samo mala stanka mo\u017ee imati utjecaja.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNaravno, dru\u0161tvene mre\u017ee su dio \u017eivota i za mnoge ljude neizostavni su dio onoga tko su i kako komuniciraju s drugima\u201d, dodao je.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAli ako svaki tjedan provodite sate \u2018skrolaju\u0107i\u2019 i osje\u0107ate da to negativno utje\u010de na vas, mo\u017eda bi bilo va\u017eno smanjiti vrijeme na mre\u017eama kako biste vidjeli ho\u0107e li to pomo\u0107i.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSkrolanje\u201d kroz sadr\u017eaj naj\u010de\u0161\u0107a je aktivnost koju korisnici dru\u0161tvenih mre\u017ea obavljaju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rezultati istra\u017eivanja podupiru prethodna istra\u017eivanja u SAD-u i Velikoj Britaniji koja povezuju redovitu upotrebu dru\u0161tvenih medija s ve\u0107om stopom depresije i tjeskobe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ali nije utvr\u0111eno dovodi li kori\u0161tenje dru\u0161tvenih medija do problema s mentalnim zdravljem, navodi se u izvje\u0161\u0107u, ili ve\u0107 postoje\u0107i osje\u0107aj inferiornosti tjera ljude da na internetu tra\u017ee potvrdu vlastite vrijednosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Znanstvenici se nadaju da \u0107e u budu\u0107nosti prou\u010diti utjecaj \u2018odmora\u2019 od dru\u0161tvenih medija na odre\u0111ene segmente stanovni\u0161tva, poput mla\u0111ih ljudi i onih s tjelesnim i mentalnim zdravstvenim problemima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tako\u0111er se nadaju da \u0107e pratiti ljude dulje od tjedan dana kako bi vidjeli imaju li dobrobiti odmora od dru\u0161tvenih mre\u017ea trajni u\u010dinak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2018Odmor\u2019 od dru\u0161tvenih mre\u017ea mogao bi postati dio paketa klini\u010dkih preporuka za pomo\u0107 ljudima u upravljanju vlastitim mentalnim zdravljem, rekli su.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Istra\u017eivanje je objavljeno u \u010dasopisu Cyberpsychology, Behavior and Social Networking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Izvor:pogled.ba<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Samo tjedan dana odmora od dru\u0161tvenih mre\u017ea smanjuje depresiju i tjeskobu, pokazalo je novo istra\u017eivanje.
