Dakle, smjernice o prehrani za borbu protiv infekcija i adekvatno funkcioniranje imuniteta ne razlikuju se zna\u010dajno od onih za op\u0107enitu pravilnu prehranu, pi\u0161e N1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Evo \u0161to savjetuje dr. Ne samo da \u0107e vam manjak sna onemogu\u0107iti da se borite protiv infekcija i usporiti opravak, ve\u0107 postoji i dokaz da manjak sna mo\u017ee utjecati i na pojavu bolesti srca i dijabetesa tip 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ako imate problema sa spavanjem potra\u017eite pomo\u0107 stru\u010dnjaka, a za po\u010detak pratite savjete stru\u010dnjaka: ne jedite prije spavanja, ugasite sva svjetla i aparate 30-ak minuta prije odlaska u krevet i dobro prozra\u010dite sobu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ne jedete dovoljno nutrijenata<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mikronutrijenti su esencijalni za pravilno funkcioniranje tijela, a ako oni nisu dio va\u0161e prehrane, tijelo \u0107e se te\u017ee boriti protiv infekcija. Najbolji na\u010din za dovoljan unos nutrijenata je da u danu pojedete 5 obroka koji sadr\u017ee vo\u0107e i povr\u0107e, \u0161to \u0107e organizmu dati dovoljno vitamina, minerala i fitonutrijenata te antioksidanata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovakva prehrana \u0107e zna\u010diti i dovoljan unos vlakana, koji nude pregr\u0161t zdravstvenih dobrobiti, a podr\u017eavaju i mikrobiotu u crijevima koja je usko povezana s imunitetom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vi\u0161e sjedite nego \u0161to se kre\u0107ete<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0160to ste manje aktivni, to vi\u0161e problema sa zdravljem mo\u017eete o\u010dekivati. Ne samo da \u0107e sjedila\u010dki na\u010din \u017eivota doprinijeti \u010destim upalama, nakupljanju kilograma i razvoju kroni\u010dnih bolesti, a isto tako \u0107e ote\u017eati tijelu da se bori protiv infekcija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suprotno tome, redovna tjelesna aktivnost donosi brojne dobrobiti i psihi\u010dkom i fizi\u010dkom zdravlju a vjeruje se da \u0107e i oja\u010dati imunolo\u0161ki sustav. Idealno bi bilo vje\u017ebati barem 5 dana u tjednu, 30 do 60 minuta. Ako ne volite odlaziti u teretanu, uvijek mo\u017eete \u0161etati, a kako je pred nama lijepo vrijeme, nemate izgovora za\u0161to biste tu navike preskakali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pijete previ\u0161e alkohola<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u010ca\u0161a vina u danu i nije opasan potez, ali pretjerano u\u017eivanje u alkoholu mo\u017ee utjecati na imunitet, a to je sada najmanje potrebno. Istra\u017eivanja pokazuju kako je dugotrajna pretjerana upotreba alkohola posebno opasna jer slabi imunolo\u0161ki sustav i tako vas dovodi u rizi\u010dnu skupinu za bolesti poput upale plu\u0107a, \u0161to mo\u017ee dodatno utjecati na zarazu virusom.
