Uzeli su u obzir i genetske predispozicije za razvoj bolesti srca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tim je ispitao razlike izme\u0111u ljudi koji slobodno vrijeme provode gledaju\u0107i TV i onih koji ga provode za ra\u010dunalom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rezultati 13-godi\u0161njeg pra\u0107enja pokazali su da je kod osoba koje dnevno provode pred televizorom manje od sat vremena uo\u010den 16 posto manji rizik od razvoja koronarne bolesti u odnosu na one koji to \u010dine \u010detiri sata, bez obzira na genetski rizik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U osoba koje su tv program gledale dva do tri sata dnevno uo\u010den je \u0161est posto manji rizik od koronarnih bolesti u odnosu na one koji su ga gledali \u010detiri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u0160to je sa slobodnim vremenom provedenim pred ra\u010dunalom?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Studija je pokazala da slobodno vrijeme provedeno pred ra\u010dunalom ne utje\u010de na rizik od razvoja bolesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kao mogu\u0107i razlog znanstvenici navode to \u0161to se televizija gleda nakon ve\u010dere, koja je mnogima najja\u010di obrok u danu, te stoga pove\u0107ava razinu kolesterola u krvi. Osim toga, gledatelji televizije \u010de\u0161\u0107e grickaju nego oni za ra\u010dunalom. Boravak za ra\u010dunalom se \u010de\u0161\u0107e i br\u017ee prekida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Koronarna bolest srca jedan je od naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih uzroka prerane smrti, stoga je va\u017eno prona\u0107i na\u010dine kako ljudima pomo\u0107i da uz promjenu \u017eivotnog stila kontroliraju taj rizik, rekla je dr.
