Posljednjih tjedana sti\u017eu informacije i o ponovnom porastu novo zara\u017eenih COVID-om 19. Kako ste\u0107i psiholo\u0161ku otpornost na sve \u0161to se doga\u0111a oko nas?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nedavno je provedena profesionalna analiza pra\u0107enja utjecaja COVID pandemije na mentalno zdravlje, Marina Ajdukovi\u0107 sa Studijskog centra socijalnog rada, Pravni fakultet Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta u Zagrebu, ka\u017ee kako se analiza radila u kontekstu jo\u0161 11 europskih zemalja, te se u periodu od srpnja 2020. do prosinca 2021. svakih \u0161est mjeseci pratilo pokazatelje mentalnog zdravlja te mehanizme suo\u010davanja s COVID-om gra\u0111ana Hrvatske. Puno toga se promijenilo u tom periodu, ka\u017ee Ajdukovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ako krene novi val zaraze, bitno je da se tom pristupi na neki druga\u010diji na\u010din. Zato je va\u017eno vidjeti na koji na\u010din je taj indeks ograni\u010denja koji se u svijetu ra\u010duna, povezan s pokazateljima mentalnog zdravlja. Va\u017eno je da tu, osim Sto\u017eera i epidemiologa, budu uklju\u010deni klini\u010dki i socijalni psiholozi, upravo zbog pra\u0107enja kako mjere utje\u010du na mentalno zdravlje, napominje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017divimo u vremenu nesigurnosti i nemogu\u0107nosti planiranja budu\u0107nosti, \u0161to svaku dobnu skupinu poga\u0111a na druga\u010diji na\u010din. Vidljiva je, dodaje, i ve\u0107a polarizacija u dru\u0161tvu od po\u010detka COVID pandemije. Smatra kako su se donositelji odluka prema tome trebali druga\u010dije odnositi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Zaista nije bilo potrebe za sotonizacijom, isklju\u010divanjem te kritiziranjem &#8216;antivaksera&#8217;, &#8216;antimaskera&#8217;, i sli\u010dnog. Bilo je potrebno u\u0107i u dijalog, \u010duti razloge, te raditi na tim strahovima. Mi sve vi\u0161e na ulicama rje\u0161avamo dru\u0161tvene razlike, a dijalozi u dru\u0161tvu izostaju &#8211; sve ostaje na nekim monolozima, da svatko razgovara sam sa sobom. Komunikacija je ne\u0161to \u0161to nedostaje, smatra Ajdukovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Analiza provedenog istra\u017eivanja pokazala je kako je najnepovoljnije razdoblje bio prosinac 2020. godine \u0161to se ti\u010de mentalnog zdravlja gra\u0111ana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-To je bio drugi val, i tu su depresivnost, anksioznost, i poreme\u0107aj prilagodbe bili najizra\u017eeniji. Nakon toga dolazi do &#8216;smirivanja&#8217;, iako to ne smijemo banalizirati \u2013 svaki deseti gra\u0111anin imao je ozbiljne probleme, a svaki peti umjerene probleme depresivnosti. To nije zanemarivo, ali na razini populaciji je do\u0161lo do jedne prilagodbe. S druge strane, do\u0161lo je do porasta agresivnosti i nedostatka tolerancije. U ovom trenutku mo\u017eemo o\u010dekivati sve vi\u0161e agresivnosti i frustracije, i to je ne\u0161to o \u010demu trebamo voditi ra\u010duna, ka\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160to se ti\u010de razlike u dobi i spolu, rezultati istra\u017eivanja pokazuju kako je vrlo \u010desto nasilje koje se doga\u0111a rodno utemeljeno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Frustracija je tu, i agresivnost je \u010desto rodno utemeljena i usmjerena prema slabijem. Tolerancija na nasilje je trenutno jako slaba, napominje. Ono \u0161to mo\u017eemo u\u010diniti trenuta\u010dno, dodaje, je vi\u0161e govoriti o tome kako regulirati emocije, kako prepoznati vlastitu ljutnju i srd\u017ebu, te \u0161to napraviti da se to smanji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Imamo niz tehnika \u2013 jedna od njih je &#8216;time-out&#8217;, prepoznati ljutnju i izvu\u0107i se iz situacije, kao u sportu. To je na\u010din emocionalne regulacije &#8211; te\u0161ko je u\u010diti to u odrasloj \u017eivotnoj dobi, ali mo\u017eemo nau\u010diti kako regulirati emocije, kako koristiti tjelesne vje\u017ebe, \u0161etnje, tr\u010danje da se smirimo, obja\u0161njava. Nepredvidljivost i nesigurnost vremena kojem \u017eivimo ne mo\u017eemo predvidjeti, upozorava, te ju upravo zato va\u017ena psiholo\u0161ka otpornost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-To ne zna\u010di da psiholo\u0161ki otporniji ljudi ne pate ili da im nije te\u0161ko \u2013 oni se u takvim situacijama znaju sabrati i na\u0107i neko zrno realnog optimizma kako bi kontrolirali emocije i gradili odnose.
