Tijelu je potrebna hrana bogata vitaminima, mineralima, bjelan\u010devinama, vlaknima i ostalim nutrijentima kako bi meka tkiva bila zdrava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Spavanje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I nedostatak sna mo\u017ee biti uzrok ozlije\u0111ivanja.
