Ipak, za neke ljude ljeto je zapravo vi\u0161e stresno nego uzbudljivo, \u0161to proizlazi iz ljetne tjeskobe.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prema rije\u010dima psihoterapeutkinje dr. Crystal Burwell, anksioznost se javlja kad god postoji prijelaz, bilo da se radi o promjeni godi\u0161njih doba ili nekoj drugoj vrsti promjene, prenosi Huffpost. Ve\u0107ina znanstvenika vjeruje da problem proizlazi iz na\u010dina na koji tijelo reagira na dnevno svjetlo.
