Iako ljeto jo\u0161 uvijek traje i pred nama je jo\u0161 dovoljno sun\u010danih i toplih dana, mnogi ljudi krajem godi\u0161njih odmora po\u010dnu osje\u0107ati depresiju. Dani su sve kra\u0107i, no\u0107i postaju svje\u017eije i toliko dugo i\u0161\u010dekivani godi\u0161nji odmor je iza nas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Postljetna depresija je stanje uslijed kojeg se osje\u0107amo<strong>&nbsp;neraspolo\u017eeno, tu\u017eno i neproduktivno<\/strong>&nbsp;jer smo svjesni da je ljeto na izmaku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tipi\u010dni simptomi postljetne depresije su:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>lo\u0161e raspolo\u017eenje i osje\u0107aj tuge<\/li><li>osje\u0107aj tjeskobe<\/li><li>uznemirenost<\/li><li>manjak apetita<\/li><li>gubitak te\u017eine<\/li><li>pote\u0161ko\u0107e sa spavanjem<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iako su promjene raspolo\u017eenja uslijed promjene godi\u0161njih doba normalne, ovakva stanja ponekad&nbsp;<strong>mogu ometati svakodnevno funkcioniranje.&nbsp;<\/strong>Postljetna depresija obi\u010dno prolazi sama od sebe nakon nekoliko dana, me\u0111utim postoje i neki trikovi koji \u0107e vam pomo\u0107i kako biste \u0161to prije povratili svoje uobi\u010dajeno raspolo\u017eenje, pi\u0161e Centarzdravlja.hr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Radite aktivnosti koje vas ispunjavaju<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bez obzira na to \u0161to se osje\u0107ate bezvoljno, nemojte se zatvoriti u svoja \u010detiri zida. Preostale ljetne dane, kada to vremenske prilike dopu\u0161taju, iskoristite za boravak na otvorenom, \u0161etajte gradom ili se vikendom uputite na jednodnevni izlet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Nemojte biti strogi prema sebi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kraj kolovoza je prijelazno razdoblje kada se vra\u0107amo u svoju rutinu, me\u0111utim nemojte se ka\u017enjavati ako se niste odmah po povratku s odmora uhvatili u ko\u0161tac sa svim dnevnim obavezama. Uzmite si vremena, sastavite raspored svojih obaveza i polako stvorite svoju novu rutinu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Naspavajte se<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tijekom ljeta, pogotovo kada smo na moru, obi\u010dno odlazimo kasnije spavati jer nema onog groznog alarma. Me\u0111utim, onda se dogodi trenutak kada smo prisiljeni na rano bu\u0111enje zbog povratka na posao, ali i dalje odlazimo kasno spavati jer nam je bioritam poreme\u0107en.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zbog manjka sna nam se te\u0161ko ustati ujutro iz kreveta i tijekom dana osje\u0107amo umor. Kada smo neispavani u organizmu se osloba\u0111a kortizol, odnosno hormon stresa, \u0161to mo\u017ee doprinijeti emocionalnoj osjetljivosti.
