{"id":178988,"date":"2022-09-12T12:10:34","date_gmt":"2022-09-12T11:10:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radioljubuski.ba\/?p=178988"},"modified":"2022-09-12T12:10:36","modified_gmt":"2022-09-12T11:10:36","slug":"hercegovacki-brend-prsut-poput-kavijara","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radioljubuski.ba\/index.php\/2022\/09\/12\/hercegovacki-brend-prsut-poput-kavijara\/","title":{"rendered":"Hercegova\u010dki brend: Pr\u0161ut poput kavijara"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u0161ut kao jedan od najoriginalnijih doma\u0107ih specijaliteta, koja slovi i za hercegova\u010dki brend, uvijek je bio na cijeni, a sada je postao pravi luksuz jer je za kilogram ove gastronomske delicije potrebno izdvojiti skoro 40 maraka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prema mi\u0161ljenju upu\u0107enih, veliko je pitanje ho\u0107e li na tome ostati nakon posljednjih poskupljenja svje\u017eeg mesa, jer proizvo\u0111a\u010di pr\u0161uta korekcije cijena pravdaju skupom sirovinom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trebinjac Savo Tarana, koji se godinama bavi proizvodnjom ovog mesnog delikatesa, ka\u017ee za \u201cGlas\u201d da su nedavno podigli cijene pr\u0161ute za 20 posto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Kod nas je cijena kilograma pr\u0161uta 24 marke s kostima, a bez kostiju 39 KM. Imamo zalihe i ta cijena bi trebalo da ostane do Nove godine i Bo\u017ei\u0107a &#8211; kazao je Tarana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovaj Hercegovac ka\u017ee da je kvalitetna sirovina najva\u017enija za dobru pr\u0161utu. Svinja bi, pri\u010da on, trebalo da ima\u00ad najmanje 200 kilograma \u017eive vage da bi suhi pr\u0161uti imali bar deset kilograma. Tarana isti\u010de da pr\u0161ute koje su laganije nikad ne mogu imati ukus kao one te\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Mogli bismo proizvesti mnogo vi\u0161e, ali potrebno je dosta novca za ulaganje. Sve \u0161to proizvedemo i prodamo, a na\u0161e tr\u017ei\u0161te je u Srpskoj, pa i cijeloj BiH, a manje koli\u010dine idu za Srbiju i Hrvatsku &#8211; kazao je Tarana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vlasnik trebinjske pr\u0161utane \u201cJokanovi\u0107\u201d Velo Jokanovi\u0107 isti\u010de za \u201cGlas Srpske\u201d da kod njih pr\u0161uta nije poskupjela, ali da to diktira otkupna cijena tovljenika i tr\u017ei\u0161te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Kilogram pr\u0161ute kod nas ko\u0161ta 29 maraka, a ako se uzima cijela, ide za 21 marku po kilogramu. Ako bude velikih oscilacija u studenom, morat \u0107emo i mi da di\u017eemo cijene. Kriza se osjeti, ali nismo ostali bez kupaca. Pr\u0161uta prvenstveno mora biti kvalitetna jer to je na\u0161 brend &#8211; rekao je Jokanovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Isti\u010de da rade samo zimski turnus, a kako jo\u0161 nije vrijeme klanja, morat \u0107e pratiti cijene svinjskog mesa koje ovih dana obaraju rekorde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Pr\u0161uta je uvijek bila luksuz, a vjerojatno \u0107e tako biti i u budu\u0107nosti &#8211; rekao je Jokanovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Predsjednik Udru\u017eenja uzgajiva\u010da svinja RS Mi\u0161o Malj\u010di\u0107, koji je u ovoj bran\u0161i ve\u0107 20 godina, za \u201cGlas\u201d ka\u017ee da nije bilo nikad te\u017ee. Isti\u010de da je najve\u0107i problem skupa hrana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Ljudi se bore i ve\u0107 dvije i po godine vjeruju da \u0107e ovo biti samo prolazni period, ali kriza ne prolazi. Ova godina je ba\u0161 neizvjesna jer je manjak tovljenika na tr\u017ei\u0161tu. Uvoz i niska cijena mesa iz EU su desetkovali na\u0161e proizvo\u0111a\u010de. Sada je cijena tovljenika na pijaci oko 4,50 KM, a u studenom bi kilogram \u017eive vage mogao biti oko pet maraka, jer sve poskupljuje. Malo je zainteresiranih za tov prasadi, to je dodatan problem &#8211; rekao je Malj\u010di\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Su\u0161enje<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Velo Jokanovi\u0107 nagla\u0161ava da mnogo faktora uti\u010de na kvalitetu proizvoda. Prema njegovim rije\u010dima, proces su\u0161enja je najva\u017eniji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Dosta zavisi i od sirovine i mesa, ali i su\u0161enje je klju\u010dno. Mi su\u0161imo na prirodan na\u010din, a klima je veoma va\u017ean faktor.
