Sadr\u017ei visoku razinu vlakana i bolji je za zdravlje organizma od bijelog kruha te se zbog toga \u010desto koristi u dijetama za mr\u0161avljenje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0160to je ra\u017e?<br>Ra\u017e je \u017eitarica koja se u kuhinji mo\u017ee konzumirati u obliku zrna, pahuljica ili bra\u0161na od kojeg se radi ra\u017eeni kruh. Uzgoj je zapo\u010deo u Aziji, a ova \u017eitarica se brzo pro\u0161irila na Europu i ostatak svijeta. Danas se smatra drugom najva\u017enijom \u017eitaricom nakon p\u0161enice. Ra\u017e se koristi za ja\u010danje imuniteta, a za to su zaslu\u017eni vrijedni nutritivni sastojci koji se nalaze ne samo u vanjskoj ljusci zrna ve\u0107 i u njegovom sredi\u0161tu. U kruh od ra\u017ei se zato mogu dodati cijela zrna koja je najbolje oprati i prokuhati prije konzumiranja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ljekovitost ra\u017ei<br>Ra\u017e ima vrlo malo glutena, ali mnogo vlakana \u0161to zna\u010di da se mo\u017ee koristiti kod osoba koje su osjetljive na gluten i onih koje \u017eele smanjiti vi\u0161ak kilograma. Zbog razine \u017eeljeza i antioksidansa dobro djeluje na kardiovaskularno zdravlje te se mo\u017ee koristiti u borbi protiv anemije ili slabokrvnosti. Kruh od ra\u017ei je dosta zbijen i malo vi\u0161e gorak pa se preporu\u010duje kori\u0161tenje za\u010dina da pobolj\u0161avanje okusa. Za pripremu recepta za ra\u017eeni kruh trebat \u0107e vam bra\u0161no od ra\u017ei, malo vode i jo\u0161 par sastojaka koje sigurno imate u kuhinji. Ra\u017eeno bra\u0161no se mo\u017ee kupiti u gotovo svakoj prodavaonici s prehrambenim proizvodima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovo su potrebni sastojci za recept za ra\u017eeni kruh:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">400 grama ra\u017eenog bra\u0161na<br>150 grama bijelog bra\u0161na<br>20 grama kvasca<br>200 mililitara vode (tople)<br>mala \u017eli\u010dica soli<br>\u017elica maslinovog ulja<br>malo \u0161e\u0107era<br>za\u010dini po \u017eelji poput: mediteranske mje\u0161avine za\u010dina, bosiljak, kurkuma, ru\u017emarin,\u2026<br>Postupak pripreme nije kompliciran, a po\u010dinje s otapanjem kvasca u mlakoj vodi s malo \u0161e\u0107era. Ovu smjesu ostavite na toplom mjestu oko 15 minuta kako bi nastala pjena od kvasca. Pomije\u0161ajte ra\u017eeno bra\u0161no i bijelo pa dodajte malo soli i za\u010dine, a onda u tu suhu smjesu dodajte kvasac. Pomije\u0161ajte rukama pa ostavite da se tijesto za ra\u017eeni kruh di\u017ee oko sat vremena na toplom mjestu. Ukoliko nemate takvo mjesto, primjerice pored radijatora, mo\u017eete ga staviti u prethodno zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kada je tijesto dovoljno dignuto prema\u017eite ga maslinovim uljem i po \u017eelji na vrh dodajte zrna ra\u017ei ili sezama. Prebacite kruh od ra\u017ei u kalup i stavite ga pe\u0107i na 200\u00b0C oko 40 minuta. Znat \u0107ete da je kruh gotov kad poprimi zlatnu boju.
