Sude\u0107i prema studiji, objavljenoj u \u201eWall Street Journalu\u201c , dijete od kojeg se o\u010dekuje da sjedi mirno za svojim stolom i poslu\u0161no prima instrukcije \u0107e zadr\u017eati manje informacija od djeteta koje je dan zapo\u010delo igrom na \u0161kolskom dvori\u0161tu, kratkom tr\u010danju ili bilo kojoj drugoj formi fizi\u010dke aktivnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tjelovje\u017eba odr\u017eava mozak aktivnim i otvorenim tuma\u010denju i percipiranju novih informacija. Stati\u010dno tijelo rezultira stati\u010dnim umom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je razlog za\u0161to je djeci te\u0161ko da sjede mirno i sudjeluju u nastavi bez ometanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Pristup \u201ekorak po korak\u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako se zadatak \u010dini monumentalno te\u017eak i odrastao \u010dovjek \u0107e se osje\u0107ati preoptere\u0107en. Kada se zadatak pred nama \u010dini nemogu\u0107im za obaviti mi se osje\u0107amo kao da nema svrhe ni poku\u0161avati. Isto tako se osje\u0107a i dijete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Umjesto osje\u0107aja da je zadatak prete\u017eak i nerje\u0161iv razlo\u017ei zadatak, primjerice spremanje sobe, na manje korake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blagotvorno je nau\u010diti dijete vje\u0161tini razlaganja kompliciranih zadataka na manje dijelove. Tako \u0107e ste\u0107i osje\u0107aj kontrole nad svojom okolinom i nau\u010diti ga da tra\u017ei rje\u0161enje umjesto da odustane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Pru\u017eite djetetu odmor kako bi produ\u017eili trajanje koncentracije<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvih pet godina djetetova \u017eivota su iznimno bitna za poticanje pozitivnih obrazaca pona\u0161anja i strategija u\u010denja, stoga je normalno da mame \u017eele pametno iskoristiti ovo vrijeme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poput odraslih, djeci treba odmor, posebno kad \u017eelite produ\u017eiti trajanje njihove koncentracije.
