Takva dijeta je poznata kao isprekidana post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ispijanje kave<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kava u malim koli\u010dinama mo\u017ee biti dobra za zdravlje. Neka istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da ona mo\u017ee biti povezana s nekim zdravstvenim blagodatima poput za\u0161tite od dijabetesa i ja\u010danja zdravlja srca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lije\u010dnici preporu\u010duju ograni\u010davanje unosa kofeina na 400 miligrama dnevno ili otprilike tri do \u010detiri standardne \u0161alice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Jedenje jaja<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jaja su zapravo prili\u010dno zdrava, ali ne treba zato pretjerivati s koli\u010dinom. Ona su izvor pregr\u0161t klju\u010dnih vitamina i minerala koje ne mo\u017eete dobiti iz mnogih namirnica poput vitamina B12 i fosfora.
