Suvremeni \u017eivotni stil \u010desto nam ne omogu\u0107uje da spavamo koliko bismo htjeli i zato nas stru\u010dnjaci \u010desto poti\u010du da to nadoknadimo. No \u0161to je s onima koji spavaju previ\u0161e, pita se portal Sciencealert.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Optimalna koli\u010dina sna je, \u010dini se, \u010dvrstih sedam sati. Za svaki sat manje postoje \u0161tetne zdravstvene posljedice, ali postoje i za svaki sat vi\u0161e, kazala je dr.&nbsp;<strong>Lynn Caldwell&nbsp;<\/strong>s odjela neuropsihologije&nbsp;<strong>Ameri\u010dkog mornari\u010dkog istra\u017eiva\u010dkog centra<\/strong>, koja je sa\u017eela rezultate brojnih istra\u017eivanja na tu temu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0160tetne posljedice po zdravlje, kazala je, uklju\u010duju mnoge bolesti \u017eivotnog stila poput dijabetesa, gojaznosti i sr\u010danih problema.&nbsp;&nbsp;Prekomjerno spavanje, u kombinaciji sa slabom fizi\u010dkom aktivno\u0161\u0107u, povezano je i s pove\u0107anim mortalitetom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Va\u017eno je napomenuti da su svi podaci prikupljeni ovim istra\u017eivanjima opservacijski, \u0161to zna\u010di da su dobiveni promatranjem ljudi s razli\u010ditim obrascima spavanja i uspore\u0111ivanjem njihovih zdravstvenih posljedica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Istra\u017eivanjima se nije eksperimentalno produljivao san, \u0161to zna\u010di da eksperimentalnih podataka koji bi koji povezali prekomjerno spavanje s pove\u0107anim mortalitetom zapravo nema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gdje je onda poveznica izme\u0111u prekomjernog sna i slabog zdravlja s obzirom na to da opservacijski podaci ukazuju na to?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Problem s interpretacijom teze da je &#8216;predug san lo\u0161&#8217; le\u017ei u tome da ne znamo zbog \u010dega oni koji prekomjerno spavaju imaju lo\u0161e ishode. Mo\u017eda spavaju predugo zato \u0161to imaju neki medicinski problem koji tra\u017ei du\u017ei san, izjavio je dr.&nbsp;<strong>Jamie Zietzer<\/strong>, stru\u010dnjak sveu\u010dili\u0161ta&nbsp;<strong>Stanford<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ve\u0107ina se lije\u010dnika sla\u017ee da bi moglo biti drugih \u010dimbenika koji povezuju predug san s negativnim ishodima, ali nije jasno koji su to \u010dimbenici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Najvjerojatnije je obja\u0161njenje da postoji neko stanje bolesti koje dovodi do prekomjernog spavanja, a ne obrnuto. Ali bez dokaza dobivenih eksperimentima, to je pomalo pitanje koko\u0161i i jajeta, tvrdi dr.&nbsp;<strong>William Killgore&nbsp;<\/strong>sa Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta Arizona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dobro je to \u0161to predug san najvjerojatnije sam po sebi nije \u0161tetan. Stru\u010dnjak za probleme spavanja dr.&nbsp;<strong>James Ware&nbsp;<\/strong>s medicinskog fakulteta&nbsp;<strong>Eastern Virginia<\/strong>&nbsp;tvrdi da je nemogu\u0107e &#8216;predozirati&#8217; se spavanjem.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Osoba \u0107e umjesto toga le\u017eati budna u krevetu i vjerojatno joj ne\u0107e biti neudobno ili \u0107e se jednostavno ustati, smatra Ware.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Svakoj osobi treba druga\u010dija koli\u010dina sna da bi normalno funkcionirala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Ve\u0107ini odraslih preporu\u010dujemo sedam do osam sati sna, no sposobnost da pojedinac ostane koncentriran i funkcionalan cijeli dan, posebno nakon obroka, dobar je indikator duljine spavanja, kazala je dr.&nbsp;<strong>Vivien Abad<\/strong>, stru\u010dnjakinja sa Stanforda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I kona\u010dno, promjene u obrascu spavanja mogu vam pomo\u0107i da otkrijete potencijalne promjene va\u0161ega zdravlja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Ako vam treba puno vi\u0161e od sedam sati sna za u\u010dinkovito funkcioniranje ili ako vam se koli\u010dina sna dramati\u010dno pove\u0107ala, mo\u017eda biste to trebali re\u0107i svojemu lije\u010dniku.
