Rije\u010d je o sasvim druk\u010dijem pristupu hrani koji nema veze s dijetama, planiranjem obroka, brojanjem kalorija, disciplinom i snagom volje. Intuitivna prehrana u\u010di nas slu\u0161ati svoje tijelo i nau\u010diti znakove koje nam ono \u0161alje, poput gladi, sitosti i zadovoljstva.&nbsp; Razvija se zdraviji odnos prema hrani i tijelu Ovaj pristup prehrani nagla\u0161ava slu\u0161anje unutarnjih znakova na\u0161eg tijela, a ne vanjska (nametnuta) pravila. Kod intuitivnog jedenja fokus nije na broju koji pokazuje vaga, ve\u0107 na boljoj slici tijela, zdravom odnosu s hranom i usvajanju navika koje su dobre za na\u0161e zdravlje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zapravo smo svi ro\u0111eni s intuicijom za hranu, no kroz odrastanje se upoznajemo s &#8216;pravilima&#8217; prehrane. U\u010dimo da je neka hrana zdrava, a druga nije, u\u010dimo da ne\u010deg treba jesti vi\u0161e (povr\u0107e i vo\u0107e), a neku hranu ograni\u010diti (slatko, junk-food), u\u010dimo da treba pojesti sve \u0161to je na tanjuru, da je desert nagrada i sli\u010dno. Zbog toga izgubimo taj osje\u0107aj, odnosno intuiciju za hranu pa nerijetko dolazi do ne\u017eeljenih posljedica kao \u0161to su krivnja kad pojedemo ne\u0161to &#8220;nezdravo&#8221; ili ako pojedemo previ\u0161e no \u0161to smo mo\u017eda trebali i sli\u010dno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upravo se intuitivnim jedenjem to \u017eeli promijeniti &#8211; ono ne zna\u010di samo &#8220;jedi kad si gladna i stani kad si sita&#8221; ve\u0107 ide mnogo dublje od toga. Ovakav pristup hrani poti\u010de nas da si dopustimo jesti sve \u0161to \u017eelimo i pritom ne osje\u0107amo krivnju, ve\u0107 slu\u0161amo tijelo, njegove \u017eelje i potrebe ovisno o razini energije, mentalnom stanju, razini stresa i sli\u010dno. Dakle, dopu\u0161tamo si jesti ono \u0161to \u017eelimo, kad \u017eelimo i koliko \u017eelimo dok god dajemo tijelu onoliko koliko treba, pritom ne pretjeruju\u0107i.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0160to dobiva\u0161 ovakvim pristupom hrani?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Osim \u0161to ne\u0107e biti jo-jo efekta jer ovo nije jo\u0161 jedna dijeta, ve\u0107 na\u010din \u017eivota i pristup prehrani, bit \u0107e\u0161 boljeg psiholo\u0161kog zdravlja, imat \u0107e\u0161 bolju percepciju svog tijela i bit \u0107e\u0161 manje depresivna. Neka istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da se intuitivnim jedenjem kod \u017eena razvijaju zdraviji psiholo\u0161ki stavovi po pitanju hrane i slike tijela, smanjuje se index tjelesne mase i lak\u0161e se odr\u017eava po\u017eeljna te\u017eina. Povrh toga, intuitivno jedenje pospje\u0161uje na\u0161e samopouzdanje i op\u0107enitu kvalitetu \u017eivota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kako po\u010deti? Kod ovog pristupa nije va\u017eno samo \u0161to jede\u0161 ve\u0107 i kako jede\u0161 &#8211; u tome je poanta cijelog pristupa, oslu\u0161kivati potrebe i \u017eelje svog tijela i dati mu ono \u0161to mu je potrebno te prepoznati kad mu je dovoljno. Pritom se ne treba\u0161 ograni\u010davati i zabranjivati si odre\u0111ene namirnice samo zato \u0161to &#8220;nisu zdrave&#8221; ili si zabraniti ne\u0161to slatko jer eto, taj dan si ve\u0107 pojela ne\u0161to slatko i &#8220;ne treba ti vi\u0161e&#8221; iako tvoje tijelo vapi za jo\u0161 ne\u010dim slatkim. Zato je va\u017eno osvijestiti fizi\u010dku i emocionalnu potrebu za hranom i oboje ih zadovoljiti u nekim normalnim granicama koje ti tijelo poru\u010duje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kako bi ti bilo lak\u0161e po\u010deti s ovim na\u010dinom hranjenja, mo\u017ee\u0161 neke &#8220;te\u017ee&#8221; namirnice zamijeniti onim lak\u0161ima, zdravijima. Primjerice, jede li ti se pizza ili sendvi\u010d, pripremi ih s PIK \u0161unkom koja ima samo 2% masno\u0107e i 25% manje soli, ne sadr\u017ei poja\u010diva\u010de okusa, umjetna bojila i gluten, a umjesto masnih sireva koristi laganije poput mozzarele. Ako se boji\u0161 da \u0107e\u0161 pretjerati s, primjerice kruhom, zamijeni bijeli ra\u017eenim &#8211; poanta je samo da se ne odri\u010de\u0161 namirnica koje voli\u0161 i da ih sve jednako uklju\u010di\u0161 u prehranu i prestane\u0161 &#8220;brinuti se&#8221; o tome deblja li ne\u0161to ili ne. Ovakav pristup hrani kompleksan je proces koji ne mo\u017ee\u0161 primijeniti &#8220;preko no\u0107i&#8221; i da bi ga zaista shvatila te ga po\u010dela usvajati treba\u0161 jo\u0161 mnogo istra\u017eivati i informirati se o pitanjima koja te zanimaju. Postoji 10 pravila intuitivnog jedenja koja mora\u0161 shvatiti da bi mogla po\u010deti s ovim pristupom i koja \u0107e ti olak\u0161ati da shvati\u0161 samu sr\u017e ove filozofije. Jedi kad si gladna, a ne kad pregladni\u0161 i stani kad si zaista sita, a ne kad se &#8220;natrpa\u0161&#8221;.
