Zajedno sa suprugom Anom u HTV-ovoj emisiji &#8220;Dobro jutro, Hrvatska&#8221; govori o nadolaze\u0107oj radionici mentalnog zdravlja u Sisku i o tome kako kontrolirati stres.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Kako izgraditi otpornost na stres?&#8221; zove se knjiga koju \u0107e sutra mo\u0107i upoznati Si\u0161\u010dani u gradu pogo\u0111enom potresom. Stres je ina\u010de sve prisutniji u na\u0161em \u017eivotu, o njemu i kako ga se rije\u0161iti uz mentalne treninge zna bra\u010dni par \u010ceren\u0161ek, Ana i Igor.<br><br>&#8211; U sklopu sportske akcije &#8220;Aktivna Hrvatska&#8221;, koja traje ve\u0107 10 godina, sutra 4. lipnja \u0107emo odr\u017eati besplatnu radionicu za Si\u0161\u010dane u 18 sati na Trgu biv\u0161e Name. Radionica je ve\u0107 popunjena, prijave su i\u0161le unaprijed prema svim epidemiolo\u0161kim pravilima, bit \u0107emo dupkom puni i nadam se da \u0107emo nau\u010diti kako graditi otpornost na stres, ka\u017ee\u00a0<strong>Ana\u00a0\u010ceren\u0161ek<\/strong>, psihologinja Mentalnog treninga.<br><br>&#8211; Maleni dio radionice bit \u0107e predavanje gdje \u0107emo upoznati ljude s izvorima stresa, kako on funkcionira i kako radi protiv nas, ali i kako mo\u017ee raditi za nas. U cijelom drugom dijelu radionice \u0107emo ponuditi ljudima konkretne tehnike i alate koje mogu iskoristiti kako bi stvarno gradili tu otpornost, opisuje\u00a0<strong>Igor\u00a0\u010ceren\u0161ek<\/strong>, psiholog Mentalnog treninga.<br><br>Za Sisak kao lokaciju odlu\u010dili su se zato \u0161to je to, ka\u017eu, trenuta\u010dno grad specifi\u010dno pogo\u0111en stresom.<br><br>&#8211; Svi smo pretrpjeli dosta veliku dozu stresa, ve\u0107u nego ina\u010de, ali tamo je jo\u0161 izazovnije. Zato \u017eelimo ljudima pru\u017eiti znanje kako taj stres pospremiti na svoje mjesto, kako ne bi dugoro\u010dno radio nekakvu \u0161tetu mentalnom i tjelesnom zdravlju, zaklju\u010duje Ana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><br>Ana savjetuje da je stres najbolje pospremiti u &#8220;ladicu znanja&#8221; jer ako znamo vi\u0161e o stresu, ne\u0107emo na njega gledati kao na neprijatelja, nego kao pokreta\u010da.<br><br>&#8211; Ideja je da svaki put kad se izla\u017eete stresu je kao kad se izla\u017eete utezima u teretani, ako ih koristite pravilno, ja\u010date sa svakim ponavljanjem. Tako i sa stresom, s izlo\u017eenosti postajemo ja\u010di. Me\u0111utim ako nemamo dobru opremu, odnosno dobre alate, onda se mo\u017eemo ozlijediti i stres dugoro\u010dno radi \u0161tetu, obja\u0161njava Igor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lijek za stres?<\/strong><br><br>&#8211; Iluzija je da trebamo samo pozitivno razmi\u0161ljati, niti \u017eivot niti emocije nisu samo pozitivne. One slu\u017ee tome da osjetimo i ne\u0161to lo\u0161e, pobijanje i guranje negativnih emocija pod tepih dugoro\u010dno mo\u017ee u\u010diniti puno \u0161tete, upozorava Ana.<br><br>&#8211; \u010cak je znanost potvrdila da poku\u0161aj isklju\u010divo pozitivnog razmi\u0161ljanja mo\u017ee dovesti do anksioznosti i \u010dak depresije. Budite ono \u0161to jeste u punini, nekada dobro, nekada lo\u0161e, to je sasvim u redu, dodaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><br>Igor obja\u0161njava da se na stres gleda kao na najopasnijeg ubojicu 21. stolje\u0107a, posebice \u0161to se ti\u010de nezaraznih smrtonosnih bolesti tipa karcinoma i kardiovaskularnih problema, koji su direktno povezani s dugoro\u010dnom izlo\u017eenosti stresu.<br><br>&#8211; Trebamo znati da pojedina\u010dni veliki stresni doga\u0111aji ne\u0107e nikoga ubiti, ako do\u0111e do neke tragedije, to je obi\u010dno ne\u0161to \u0161to se dugo gomilalo i onda je samo do\u0161la kap koja je prelila \u010da\u0161u, ka\u017ee Igor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"width: 640px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-28370-1\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/api.hrt.hr\/media\/a9\/cd\/djh2-stres-gosti-20210603073907.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/api.hrt.hr\/media\/a9\/cd\/djh2-stres-gosti-20210603073907.mp4\">https:\/\/api.hrt.hr\/media\/a9\/cd\/djh2-stres-gosti-20210603073907.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mentalno zdravlje dana\u0161njice<\/strong><br><br>Ana komentira kako je u dana\u0161nje doba malo manje stigmatizirana psiholo\u0161ka pomo\u0107 i da su se stvari u Hrvatskoj ipak &#8220;maknule s mrtve to\u010dke&#8221;.<br><br>&#8211; Hrvatska psiholo\u0161ka komora je mobilizirala veliki broj psihologa i ponudila besplatnu psiholo\u0161ku pomo\u0107, pokrenuli smo jednu besplatnu platformu mentalnozdravlje.hr gdje ljudi mogu dobiti savjete i spojiti se s terapeutom, ljudi su senzibilizirani, sada da je u redu tra\u017eiti pomo\u0107 i uistinu veliki broj ljudi to i radi.<br><br>Na pitanje kako razli\u010dite nacionalnosti odgovaraju na stres i postoje li nacije s manje stresa od ostalih, Igor ka\u017ee kako su izvori stresa od nacije do nacije druga\u010diji i kako svaki na\u010din \u017eivota ima odre\u0111ene izazove.<br><br>&#8211; Nije stvar stresora ili situacije, stvar je kako odgovaramo na njega.
