Instruktorica fitnesa Michelle Ko\u0161uta savjetuje kako iz zimske, ki\u0161ne letargije potpomognute pandemijom i mnogim stresnim doga\u0111ajima, zakora\u010diti u ljep\u0161e i veselije doba.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nezin trening pilatesa sastoji se i od nekih vje\u017ebi DNS metode za koju se Michelle trenuta\u010dno licencira. Metoda dolazi iz Pra\u0161ke \u0161kole rehabilitacije. Rije\u010d je o rehabilitaciji cijelog tijela.<br><br>Trening se iznimno svi\u0111a Karli Filp\u010di\u0107 koja za sebe ka\u017ee da je studentica i majka. No to nije ba\u0161 posve to\u010dno obja\u0161njenje. Nakon zavr\u0161enog ekonomskog fakulteta Karla je upisala odnose s javno\u0161\u0107u i postala majka. To je nije sprije\u010dilo da aktivno vje\u017eba. Smatra da svatko treba odvojiti malo vremena za sebe i ovaj je trening izabrala jer joj poma\u017ee kod stabilizacije trupa \u0161to je za njezino dr\u017eanje veoma va\u017eno.<br><br>Kultura vje\u017ebanja va\u017ena je i treneru tenisa Ivanu Vajdi. Bez obzira na svakodnevnu aktivnost izabrao je ovaj trening kao jo\u0161 jedan na\u010din odr\u017eavanja kondicije i funkcionalnosti tijela.<br><br><strong>\u0160etnja je dobar po\u010detak<\/strong><br><br>Svi su oni vje\u017ebali tijekom lockdowna. Neki su svoje aktivnosti jednostavno preselili u prirodu, a neki samo \u0161etali. No i to je dobar po\u010detak rekreacije, obja\u0161njava nam Michelle. Jer oni koji su oduvijek bili aktivni nastavili su to biti i u vrijeme lockdowna, dok oni koji nisu, iskoristili su to kao savr\u0161enu ispriku za lijenost. \u0160etnja je dakle, dobar po\u010detak.<br><br>Da je kultura vje\u017ebanja dio op\u0107e kulture \u010duli smo mnogo puta. Nije ga lo\u0161e ponavljati periodi\u010dno. Pogotovo prije sezone kupa\u0107ih kostima. U nju u\u0111ite u dobroj formi i nasmijani.
