Uzev\u0161i u obzir da se na\u0161a tijela sastoje od 60 posto vode, va\u017eno je nadoknaditi izgubljenu teku\u0107inu piju\u0107i dovoljno i redovito.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dnevno se preporu\u010duje \u0161est do osam \u010da\u0161a vode, ali to ovisi i o op\u0107em zdravlju, klimi u kojoj \u017eivimo i koli\u010dini tjelovje\u017ebe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dovoljna hidratacija, izme\u0111u ostalog, odr\u017eava normalno funkcioniranje mozga i rad crijeva, dok dehidracija mo\u017ee izazvati razne kratkoro\u010dne i dugoro\u010dne probleme, a koji su to problemi, pro\u010ditajte u nastavku, pi\u0161e&nbsp;<strong>Zadovoljna<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Mokra\u0107a tamne boje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Boja mokra\u0107e najbr\u017ee \u0107e vam otkriti jeste li dehidrirani. Zdrava boja mokra\u0107e je bljedo\u017euta ili prozirna. Ako ste dehidrirani, mo\u017ee postati tamnija i zamu\u0107enija jer je manje razrije\u0111ena \u2013 to je znak da popijete \u010da\u0161u vode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. \u017delja za slatkim<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Naro\u010dito se javlja u popodnevnim satima, a za slatkim \u017eudimo jer se jetra zbog nedovoljnog unosa vode mu\u010di s pretvaranjem glikogena u glukozu (\u0161e\u0107er) za krvotok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Glad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ako i dalje osje\u0107ate glad nakon jela, krivac mo\u017ee biti dehidriranost. Umjerenu dehidraciju tijelo \u010desto krivo tuma\u010di kao glad, zbog \u010dega \u017eudimo za jo\u0161 kojim zalogaj\u010di\u0107em, a zapravo nam treba \u010da\u0161a vode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Suha usta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suha ili ljepljiva usta jedan su od najlogi\u010dnijih znakova dehidracije. Uzrok mogu biti i lijekovi ili starenje, ali u svakom slu\u010daju vrijedi provjeriti ho\u0107e li voda pomo\u0107i rije\u0161iti problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Glavobolja<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Glavobolje uzrokovane dehidracijom mogu biti razli\u010dita intenziteta, od tupe i blage do iscrpljuju\u0107e. Ovu bol uzrokuje privremeno smanjenje obujma mozga uslijed gubitka teku\u0107ine. Mozak se zbog toga lagano povu\u010de od lubanje, \u0161to izaziva taj nelagodni osje\u0107aj. Kada popijete vode, mozak \u0107e se vratiti u normalan obujam i glavobolja bi tada trebala prestati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Pospanost<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sljede\u0107i put kada vas uhvati popodnevna pospanost, uz \u0161alicu kave (ako je pijete) svakako uzmite i \u010da\u0161u vode. Osje\u0107aj umora uobi\u010dajen je znak dehidracije. U britanskoj studiji iz 2015. godine jedan od pet pacijenata pokazivao je simptome koji su mogli biti posljedica nedovoljnog unosa vode, uklju\u010duju\u0107i umor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Gr\u010devi u mi\u0161i\u0107ima<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U trka\u0107em svijetu prevladava teorija da pijenje velikih koli\u010dina vode mo\u017ee sprije\u010diti gr\u010deve u mi\u0161i\u0107ima, a neki lije\u010dnici vjeruju da nedostatak vode uvelike smanjuje cirkulaciju krvi bitnu za normalan rad mi\u0161i\u0107a. To onda mo\u017ee uzrokovati gr\u010denje mi\u0161i\u0107a, posebno tijekom vje\u017ebanja. Studija iz 2015. godine tu je teoriju dovela u pitanje, ali dok se stvari ne razjasne, ne mo\u017ee \u0161koditi popiti dodatnu koli\u010dinu vode prije vje\u017ebanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Lo\u0161 zadah<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dehidracija mo\u017ee uzrokovati i halitozu, odnosno zadah iz usta. Dobra je vijest da bi rje\u0161enje mogli biti jednostavno: ispijanje vode mo\u017ee potaknuti stvaranje sline koja \u0107e o\u010distiti usnu \u0161upljinu od bakterija koje uzrokuju neugodan zadah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Zatvor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uzrok zatvora \u010desto je vrlo jednostavan \u2013 dehidracija. Kada u organizmu nema dovoljno vode, debelo crijevo uzet \u0107e vodu iz stolice, \u0161to \u0107e ote\u017eati obavljanje velike nu\u017ede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Suha ko\u017ea<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nekad je te\u0161ko raspoznati razliku izme\u0111u dehidrirane ko\u017ee, \u0161to se mo\u017ee rije\u0161iti s dovoljnim unosom vode, i suhe ko\u017ee, \u0161to je tip ko\u017ee. Suha ko\u017ea obi\u010dno zate\u017ee, svrbi i iritirana je. Dehidrirana je ko\u017ea, s druge strane, bez sjaja, zategnuta i \u010desto se ljuska. Bez obzira na to bila va\u0161a ko\u017ea dehidrirana ili prirodno suha, \u010da\u0161a vode dobar je izbor u oba slu\u010daja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Lo\u0161a koncentracija<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dehidracija nema samo fizi\u010dke simptome. Ponekad i blaga dehidracija mo\u017ee biti dovoljna da ote\u017ea koncentraciju i za jednostavne zadatke. To ne zna\u010di smanjenje mentalnih sposobnosti, ali zbog dehidriranosti ti zadaci mogu se percipirati te\u017eima, kao i nastojanje da se zadr\u017ei fokusiranost.
