Evo \u0161to ka\u017eu nutricionisti"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kada piti kavu, ako \u017eelimo osjetiti njezin optimalan u\u010dinak, pitaju se mnogi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Svi volimo kavu, pijemo je nerijetko i vi\u0161e puta dnevno, u pravilu ujutro, ali ako je dan dug i naporan, znamo je piti i nave\u010der, nerijetko s namjerom da ostanemo budni \u0161to dulje i nau\u010dimo za sutra\u0161nji va\u017ean ispit o kojem nam ovisi akademski uspjeh, prenosi HuffPost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beneficije kave neminovne su i brojne. Uz nju se bolje koncentriramo, a vrijeme reakcije nam je br\u017ee. Jedan znanstvenik jednom je rekao kako je svaka tvar otrov, ali da o dozi uzimanja ovisi ho\u0107e li ona biti otrov \u2013 tako je i s kavom. Ona mo\u017ee biti na\u0161 najpouzdaniji saveznik, ali ako pretjeramo s konzumacijom, mo\u017eemo osjetiti anksioznost, tremor mi\u0161i\u0107a, srce nam mo\u017ee ubrzano lupati, a uz puno kave te\u0161ko mo\u017eemo zaspati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U\u010dinak kave mo\u017ee trajati i do \u0161est sati dnevno, zato nutricionisti preporu\u010duju konzumaciju kave u odre\u0111eno doba dana, kako bi njezin u\u010dinak na na\u0161 organizam bio optimalan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vrijeme ispijanja kave ovisi o va\u0161im godinama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za umornu mlade\u017e, kavu je najbolje piti rano ujutro, kako bi u dan u\u0161etali energi\u010dni i puni elana. Ovu tvrdnju pe\u010datiramo istra\u017eivanjem iz 2016. koje je provedeno na punoljetnoj mlade\u017ei koja redovito konzumira ovaj napitak. Kava im je dana u razdoblju izme\u0111u \u0161est ujutro i dva popodne i istra\u017eiva\u010di su dokazali kako ispijanje kave u ranim jutarnjim satima pospje\u0161uje njihov u\u010dinak na ispitima znanja, u odnosu na grupu koja je pila kavu kasnije toga dana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nemojte odmah otpisati beneficije popodnevne kave jer i ona vam mo\u017ee dati vjetar u le\u0111a. Starije osobe \u010desto se bore sa zaboravljivosti koja je najizra\u017eenija u popodnevnim satima, a istra\u017eivanje iz 2002. pokazalo je da osobe iznad 65 bolje pamte kada popiju samo jednu \u0161alicu kave, ba\u0161 u tom vremenu kad je tendencija zaboravljanja izra\u017eenija \u2013 dakle popodne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sve ovisi i o va\u0161oj fizionomiji i metabolizmu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Osobama koje su relativno tolerantne na kofein, ispijanje kave pove\u0107ava fokus i pa\u017enju, ali neke osobe su intolerantne na kofein i konzumacija kave u tih osoba mo\u017ee izazvati ne\u017eeljene nuspojave, neovisno o dobu dana u kojem se konzumira. Kava je tako\u0111er pogodna ujutro za osobe niskog krvnog tlaka. Stru\u010dnjaci nagla\u0161avaju da je svaka osoba individua za sebe i da konzumacija kave u isto vrijeme ne pa\u0161e svima.
