Ako hrana koju konzumiramo nije dovoljna da bi nam dala pravu dozu, okre\u0107emo se suplementima. Vitamini su zdravi, pa o njihovom uzimanju ne razmi\u0161ljamo previ\u0161e i zato mo\u017eda zanemarujemo da neke vitamine ne bismo trebali uzimati zajedno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zapo\u010dnimo s&nbsp;vitaminima&nbsp;topivima&nbsp;u mastima&nbsp;koje tijelo skladi\u0161ti du\u017ee od onih&nbsp;topivih u vodi. Ako uzimate vitamin K s vitaminima D, E i A, va\u0161e tijelo mo\u017eda ne\u0107e apsorbirati toliko vitamina K kao \u0161to bi to \u010dinilo&nbsp;kada biste ih uzimali odvojeno. \u0160tovi\u0161e, ve\u0107ini ljudi nedostaje vitamina K, pi\u0161e&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthdigest.com\/362123\/this-is-what-vitamin-a-really-does-for-your-body\/\">Health Digest.<\/a>&nbsp;On je presudan zato \u0161to poma\u017ee u zgru\u0161avanju krvi.
