Naravno, do \u010desto dovodi do zasi\u0107enja, pa vam danas donosim jednu super ideju za pripremu doru\u010dka: slana pala\u010dinka keto pala\u010dinka sa \u0161unkom i sirom, pi\u0161e magazin&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitness.com.hr\/prehrana\/planirana-prehrana\/Idealan-dorucak-slana-no-carb-palacinka.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fitness<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 jaja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 \u017elice kiselog vrhnja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prstohvat soli<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malo papra<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 fete topivog sira<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 fete pure\u0107e, pile\u0107e ili neke druge \u0161unke<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 \u017elice ribanog parmezana<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 \u017eli\u010dica kokosovog ulja ili gheeja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Postupak:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Umutite jaja u posudici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodajte sol, papar, vrhnje i dobro umutite dok ne dobijete jednoli\u010dnu smjesu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na tavu stavite ulje ili ghee i pustite da se zagrije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na tavu istresite mje\u0161avinu jaja, tako da se smjesa ravnomjerno razlije po cijeloj tavi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po cijeloj povr\u0161ini pala\u010dinke prospite ribani parmezan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na polovicu pala\u010dinke poslo\u017eite sir pa na njega \u0161unku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poklopite tavu dok se sir ne otopi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sad nje\u017eno, bez da potrgate pala\u010dinku, \u0161patulom prebacite praznu polovicu preko one s nadjevom (presavijte je).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako \u017eelite presavijte jo\u0161 jedanput, pi\u0161e poznata treneerica Zorana Jagodi\u0107 za magazin&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitness.com.hr\/prehrana\/planirana-prehrana\/Idealan-dorucak-slana-no-carb-palacinka.aspx\">Fitness<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PI\u0160E&nbsp;<\/strong>PSD<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mnogi me\u0111u nama dan zapo\u010dinju jajima, ali iako su varijante pripreme jaja gotovo neograni\u010dene, uvijek se nekako odlu\u010dujemo za nekoliko isprobanih varijanti.
