No, istina je da postoje sastojci u namirnicama koji poma\u017eu za\u0161tititi sluh i o\u010duvati zdravlje u\u0161iju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MAGNEZIJ<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Poma\u017ee odr\u017eati funkcionalnost \u017eivaca i za\u0161tititi osjetne stanice s dla\u010dicama u unutarnjem uhu od u\u010dinaka buke. Uz to, poti\u010de cirkulaciju krvi &#8211; kada je cirkulacija lo\u0161a, tkivima mo\u017ee nedostajati kisika. Magnezijem su bogati tamna \u010dokolada, bundevine i lanene sjemenke, ora\u0161asti plodovi (posebno brazilski i indijski ora\u0161\u010di\u0107i te bademi), cjelovite \u017eitarice, avokado, losos, mahunarke, kelj, \u0161pinat, banane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CINK<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Poma\u017ee oja\u010dati imunosni sustav pa tako pridonosi borbi protiv infekcija, uklju\u010duju\u0107i infekcije uha. Dovoljne razine cinka povezane su i s manjom vjerojatnosti za pojavu tinitusa (\u0161um u uhu) i gubitka sluha povezanog sa starenjem. Cinkom su bogati kamenice, tamna \u010dokolada, zobena ka\u0161a, jogurt, grah, le\u0107a, kikiriki, indijski ora\u0161\u010di\u0107i, jastog, svinjetina, govedina, tamno meso peradi, gljive, kelj, \u0161pinat, \u010de\u0161njak, sjemenke bundeve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FOLATI<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cirkulacija krvi ima klju\u010dnu ulogu u zdravlju uha, a folati pridonose njezinu poja\u010danju. Kako starimo, vjerojatnije je da \u0107e nam se sni\u017eavati razine kalija pa je potrebno obratiti vi\u0161e pa\u017enje na njegov unos hranom. Kalij u velikoj mjeri sadr\u017ee krastavci, gljive, batat, krumpir, jaja, banane, marelice, dinja, naran\u010de, gra\u0161ak, avokado, \u0161pinat, kokos, lubenica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OMEGA-3 MASNE KISELINE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Poma\u017eu sprije\u010diti ili odgoditi gubitak sluha povezan sa starenjem.
