Osobe koje rade na otvorenom &nbsp;trebaju se \u010de\u0161\u0107e &#8212;-odmoriti, skloniti u hlad i unositi teku\u0107inu svakih 30 minuta.&nbsp;<br>-nositi laganu svijetlu odje\u0107u od prirodnih materijala te za\u0161tititi glavu od direktnog sunca.<br>-rashladiti prostor u kojem se \u017eivi koriste\u0107i hladniji no\u0107ni zrak. Danju zatvoriti prozore i spustiti rolete, naro\u010dito one koje su okrenute prema suncu.&nbsp;<br>-isklju\u010diti \u0161to je vi\u0161e mogu\u0107e elektri\u010dnih ure\u0111aja u domu.&nbsp;<br>-izbjegavati izlazak u najtoplijem dijelu dana i naporan fizi\u010dki rad ili ga obavljati u najhladnije doba dana, \u0161to je obi\u010dno u ranim jutarnjim satima.&nbsp;<br>-ne ostavljati djecu niti \u017eivotinje u parkiranom vozilu.&nbsp;<br>-redovito koristiti sredstva sa za\u0161titnim faktorom od \u0161tetnog UV zra\u010denja, a posebnu pa\u017enju posvetiti novoro\u0111en\u010dadi i maloj djeci. Za njih treba koristiti za\u0161titna sredstva s najve\u0107im faktorom te odjenuti ih u &#8212;&#8211;laganu odje\u0107u koja ih tako\u0111er \u0161titi od UV zra\u010denja.&nbsp;<br>-ako imate zdravstvene probleme potra\u017eiti savjet lije\u010dnika.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>HZJZ je objasnio kako vru\u0107ine utje\u010du na na\u0161e tijelo:<br>Visoke temperature najnegativnije djeluju na di\u0161ni sustav kroni\u010dnih bolesnika (koji boluju od KOPB-a i astme) i djecu. U tim situacijama je ote\u017eano disanje i dolazi do bronhospazama i nadra\u017euju\u0107eg ka\u0161lja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Na vru\u0107ini se krvne \u017eile \u0161ire, \u010dime se snizuje tlak. Mijenja se i zgru\u0161avanje krvi pa zbog \u010deste dehidracije dolazi do lokalne tromboze, a noge nati\u010du jer teku\u0107ina zaostaje u donjim dijelovima tijela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Kod naglih promjena temperature mo\u017ee do\u0107i do infarkta, a UV zra\u010denje mo\u017ee na ko\u017ei prouzro\u010diti opekline, rak ko\u017ee i prebrzo starenje ko\u017ee zbog njenog isu\u0161ivanja te slabljenje imunosustava. Zbog prevelikog izlaganja o\u010diju UV zra\u010denju mo\u017ee se razviti mrena.<br>Manjak teku\u0107ine mo\u017ee utjecati na funkciju bubrega i poja\u010dano nakupljanje minerala iz urina i prouzro\u010diti stvaranje bubre\u017enih kamenaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Ako je temperatura tijela sli\u010dna temperaturi zraka, ono se hladi isparavanjem, \u0161to mo\u017ee promijeniti sr\u010dani ritam i prouzro\u010diti dehidraciju i gr\u010deve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toplinski udar je iznenadni kolaps organizma, a nastaje zbog, \u010desto naglog, prekomjernog povi\u0161enja tjelesne temperature i nemogu\u0107nosti organizma da se hladi znojenjem i temperaturu odr\u017ei u normalnim granicama radi ekstremno visoke vanjske temperature odnosno vremenske pojave toplinskog vala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U zadnjem se desetlje\u0107u uo\u010dava trend porasta temperature u ljetnom razdoblju \u0161to utje\u010de na zdravstveno stanje sveukupnog stanovni\u0161tva. Pravovremene mjere mogu smanjiti broj oboljelih i umrlih od vru\u0107ina, \u0161to zna\u010di da treba biti spreman ubla\u017eiti mogu\u0107e negativne posljedice po zdravlje i trenutno djelovati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tijekom dana klonite se vru\u0107ine<br>-Sklonite se u najhladniju prostoriju svog stana ili ku\u0107e, posebice no\u0107u.<br>-Ako stan ili ku\u0107u ne mo\u017eete dr\u017eati rashla\u0111enim, provedite dva do tri sata dnevno u hladnom prostoru (npr. u hla\u0111enoj javnoj zgradi).<br>-Izbjegavajte izlazak u najtoplijem dijelu dana.<br>-Izbjegavajte naporan fizi\u010dki rad. Ako morate naporno raditi, \u010dinite to u najhladnije doba dana, \u0161to je obi\u010dno ujutro izme\u0111u 4.00 i 7.00 sati i poslijepodne nakon 17.00 sati.<br>-Potra\u017eite sjenu.<br>-Ne ostavljajte djecu ni \u017eivotinje u parkiranom vozilu.<br>-Redovito koristite sredstva sa za\u0161titnim faktorom od \u0161tetnog UV zra\u010denja. Naro\u010ditu brigu valja posvetiti novoro\u0111en\u010dadi i maloj djeci. Za njih treba koristiti za\u0161titna sredstva s najve\u0107im faktorom (&gt;30) i odjenuti ih u laganu odje\u0107u koja ih tako\u0111er \u0161titi od UV zraka.<br>-Prilagodite svoje izlaganje sun\u010devom UV zra\u010denju uva\u017eavaju\u0107i dnevne promjene vrijednosti UV indeksa.<br>-Ako vozite, izbjegavajte putovanja u najtoplijem dijelu dana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Pomozite drugima<br>Posjetite obitelj, prijatelje i susjede koji ve\u0107inu vremena provode sami. Osjetljive i te\u0161ko pokretne osobe mogle bi zatrebati Va\u0161u pomo\u0107 tijekom vru\u0107ih dana.<br>Razgovarajte o toplinskom udaru s obitelji. Svaki \u010dlan obitelji treba znati koje mjere za\u0161tite mora poduzeti s obzirom na svoje zdravstveno stanje i aktivnosti.<br>Ako je netko koga poznajete izlo\u017een riziku, pomognite mu da dobije savjet i podr\u0161ku. Starije osobe i bolesnike koji \u017eive sami treba posjetiti barem jednom dnevno.<br>Uzimaju li te osobe lijekove, provjerite s njihovim lije\u010dnikom kakav utjecaj ti lijekovi mogu imati na termoregulaciju i ravnote\u017eu teku\u0107ine u tijelu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Ako imate zdravstvene probleme:<br>Dr\u017eite lijekove na temperaturi ispod 25\u02daC ili u hladnjaku (pro\u010ditajte upute o skladi\u0161tenju lijeka u uputi o lijeku).<br>Tra\u017eite savjet lije\u010dnika ako imate neku kroni\u010dnu bolest ili uzimate vi\u0161e lijekova, pogotovo one za poja\u010dano mokrenje i sni\u017eavanje tlaka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Ako se osje\u0107ate lo\u0161e:<br>Ako imate vrtoglavicu, slabost, nemo\u0107, tjeskobu ili ste izrazito \u017eedni i imate jaku glavobolju, tra\u017eite pomo\u0107, \u0161to prije oti\u0111ite u hladniji prostor i mjerite temperaturu.<br>Popijte vodu ili nezasla\u0111eni razrije\u0111eni vo\u0107ni sok vi\u0161e puta po nekoliko gutljaja.<br>Smirite se i lezite u rashla\u0111enu prostoriju ako imate bolne gr\u010deve, naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e u nogama, rukama ili trbuhu, \u010desto nakon fizi\u010dkog rada ili vje\u017ebe u vrlo vru\u0107em vremenu.<br>Pijte teku\u0107inu koja sadr\u017ei elektrolite (npr. juhu, \u201esmoothie\u201c od povr\u0107a i dr.), a u slu\u010daju da gr\u010devi traju du\u017ee od jednog sata, zatra\u017eite medicinsku pomo\u0107.<br>Savjetujte se s lije\u010dnikom u slu\u010daju drugih tegoba ili ako opisane tegobe du\u017ee traju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ako neki \u010dlan va\u0161e obitelji ili osobe kojima poma\u017eete imaju vru\u0107u suhu ko\u017eu ili delirij (nerazumno razgovaraju i nemirni su), zujanje u u\u0161ima, probleme s vidom i malaksalost, gr\u010deve i\/ili su bez svijesti, odmah zovite lije\u010dnika ili hitnu pomo\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dok \u010dekate na lije\u010dnika ili hitnu pomo\u0107, smjestite ugro\u017eenu osobu u hladnu prostoriju u vodoravan polo\u017eaj, podignite joj noge i kukove, odstranite odje\u0107u i po\u010dnite s vanjskim hla\u0111enjem, kao \u0161to su hladni oblozi na vrat, pazuhe i prepone uz rad ventilatora, mahanje lepezom ili ve\u0107om tkaninom i \u0161pricanje ko\u017ee vodom temperature 25\u201330\u02daC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mjerite temperaturu tijela i odr\u017eavajte je ispod 39\u02daC. Nemojte toj osobi dati acetilsalicilnu kiselinu ili paracetamol, upozorava HZJZ.
