To je mogu\u0107e posti\u0107i odabirom kvalitetnih namirnica koje su pro\u0161le minimalan stupanj obrade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Osim gubitka kilograma, cilj procesa mr\u0161avljenja trebao bi biti usvajanjem zdravih dugoro\u010dnih prehrambenih navika koji \u0107e vam pomo\u0107i zadr\u017eati \u017eeljenu tjelesnu te\u017einu, pobolj\u0161anje zdravstveni status i imati pozitivan utjecaj na kompletan \u017eivot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Namirnice mogu u ve\u0107oj ili manjoj mjeri pomo\u0107i u gubitku kilograma, na vama je samo da odaberete ono \u0161to vam najvi\u0161e odgovara. Iz tog razloga smo sastavili kratak popis nekih od najboljih namirnica koje vam mogu pomo\u0107i tijekom procesa mr\u0161avljenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cjelovite \u017eitarice<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cjelovite \u017eitarice bogate su vlaknima i sadr\u017ee pristojnu razinu proteina, a zob, sme\u0111a ri\u017ea i kvinoja su jedne od najboljih. Cjelovite \u017eitarice tako\u0111er su bogate ugljikohidratima, pa oni koji provode dijetu sa smanjenim unosom ugljikohidrata, kao \u0161to je low-carb dijeta, \u017eeljet \u0107e izbje\u0107i ve\u0107i unos \u017eitarica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ora\u0161asti plodovi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ora\u0161asti plodovi kao \u0161to su bademi, lje\u0161njaci, kikiriki, orah, indijski ora\u0161\u010di\u0107 i drugi bogati su mastima, ali to nije razlog zbog kojeg ih se treba izbjegavati. Jedna od glavnih karakteristika obiju skupina povr\u0107a niska je vrijednost kalorija i ugljikohidrata, a bogate su vlaknima, vitaminima, mineralima i antioksidansima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zbog svog sastava savr\u0161eno se uklapaju u prehranu svih koji \u017eele smr\u0161avjeti jer s lako\u0107om mo\u017eete pove\u0107ati koli\u010dinu hranu koju \u0107ete pojesti ne zamaraju\u0107i se pretjerano s brojem kalorija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Avokado<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avokado je specifi\u010dna vrsta vo\u0107a jer je bogat zdravim mastima, za razliku od drugih vrsta vo\u0107a koja su bogata ugljikohidratima.
