{"id":50001,"date":"2021-08-04T14:01:53","date_gmt":"2021-08-04T13:01:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radioljubuski.ba\/?p=50001"},"modified":"2021-08-04T14:01:53","modified_gmt":"2021-08-04T13:01:53","slug":"kolicina-i-kvaliteta-sna-utjecu-na-zdravlje-srca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radioljubuski.ba\/index.php\/2021\/08\/04\/kolicina-i-kvaliteta-sna-utjecu-na-zdravlje-srca\/","title":{"rendered":"Koli\u010dina i kvaliteta sna utje\u010du na zdravlje srca"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Postoji odre\u0111ena koli\u010dina sna koju biste trebali imati da biste smanjili rizik od sr\u010danog i mo\u017edanog udara, pokazuju nova istra\u017eivanja.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prema novim saznanjima, ljudi koji spavaju \u0161est do sedam sati dnevno, ni vi\u0161e, ni manje, imaju najmanje \u0161anse da umru od sr\u010danog ili mo\u017edanog udara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rano bu\u0111enje ili drijemanje pove\u0107ava rizik od smrti od sr\u010danih bolesti za oko 45 posto, otkrili su istra\u017eiva\u010di.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovaj trend je ostao to\u010dan \u010dak i nakon \u0161to su uzeli u obzir druge poznate faktore rizika za sr\u010dane bolesti ili mo\u017edani udar, uklju\u010duju\u0107i starost, visoki krvni tlak, dijabetes, pu\u0161enje, BMI (indeks tjelesne mase) i visok nivo kolesterola, pi\u0161e Health Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e\u010cak i tada je spavanje postalo samostalni faktor rizika\u201c, rekao je vode\u0107i istra\u017eiva\u010d dr. Kartik Gupta, specijalist interne medicine u bolnici Henry Ford u Detroitu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za ovu studiju, Gupta i njegove kolege analizirali su podatke vi\u0161e od 14.000 sudionika ameri\u010dke Nacionalne ankete o zdravlju i prehrani koju je financirala dr\u017eava u razdoblju od 2005. do 2010. U okviru ankete, ljudi su odgovarali na pitanje koliko dugo obi\u010dno spavaju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Istra\u017eiva\u010di su pratilisudionike oko sedam godina kako bi vidjeli jesu li su umrli od sr\u010danog udara, zatajenja srca ili mo\u017edanog udara. Oni su tako\u0111er procjenili njihove ocjene rizika za zdravlje srca, kao i nivo C-reaktivnog proteina (CRP) u krvi, koji se pove\u0107ava kada postoji upala u va\u0161em tijelu. Visoka razina CRP-a povezana je i sa sr\u010danim oboljenjima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Istra\u017eiva\u010dki tim je otkrio vezu u obliku slova U izme\u0111u sr\u010danog rizika i trajanja sna, pri \u010demu je najmanji rizik me\u0111u ljudima koji su u prosjeku spavali izme\u0111u \u0161est i sedam sati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nedostatak sna ve\u0107 je povezan s lo\u0161im zdravljem srca, rekla je dr. Martha Gulati, glavna urednica CardioSmart.org, obrazovne stranice za pacijente Ameri\u010dkog sveu\u010dili\u0161ta za kardiologiju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eImamo mnogo podataka vezanih za manje sna\u201c, rekao je Gulati, kardiolog. Napomenula je da se broj klju\u010dnih faktora rizika za srce kakvi su krvni tlak, tolerancija glukoze, dijabetes i upala \u2013 pogor\u0161avaju sa premalo sna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me\u0111utim, nema toliko dokaza o onima koji predugo spavaju i imaju sr\u010dani rizik, rekli su dr. Gulati i dr. Gupta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Gupta i njegove kolege prona\u0161li su jedno mogu\u0107e obja\u0161njenje u svom istra\u017eivanju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na osnovu razine CRP-a kod pacijenata, upala je \u010dinila oko 14 posto smrtnih slu\u010dajeva povezanih sa srcem me\u0111u onima koju su malo spavali i 13 posto me\u0111u onima koji su du\u017ee spavali, naspram samo 11 posto ljudi koji su spavali optimalno \u0161est do sedam sati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201ePacijenti koji spavaju \u0161est do sedam sati imaju najmanji CRP, pa bi ova upala mogla biti uzrok pove\u0107anog kardiovaskularnog rizika\u201c, rekao je Gupta, pi\u0161e N1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eMogu\u0107e je da ljudi koji spavaju du\u017ee od sedam sati imaju lo\u0161u kvalitetu sna, pa moraju spavati du\u017ee\u201c, rekla je dr. Gulati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201ePitate se spava li netko du\u017ee jer se jednostavno nije dobro naspavao\u201c, rekla je dr. Gulati i dodaje:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eUvijek ka\u017eem da postoji kvalitetan i nekvalitetan san.
