Hemoglobin se nalazi u crvenim krvnim stanicama i slu\u017ei za prijenos kisika iz plu\u0107a u tkiva i organe, a za njegovu izgradnju potrebna je dovoljna koli\u010dina \u017eeljeza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po na\u010dinu nastanka, anemije mo\u017eemo podijeliti na anemije nastale zbog: prehrambenih deficita, gubitka krvi, razgradnje crvenih krvnih zrnaca i genetskih defekata crvene krvne loze. Poreme\u0107aj izgradnje crvenih krvnih zrnaca mo\u017ee biti uzrokovan febrilnim stanjima te nizom kroni\u010dnih bolesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Karakteristika je svih oblika anemije manjak kisika u tkivu uzrokovan smanjenom sposobno\u0161\u0107u krvi u prijenosu kisika zbog smanjene koncentracije hemoglobina. Slabokrvnost ili sideropeni\u010dna anemija uzrokovana manjkom \u017eeljeza o\u010dituje se smanjenim brojem ili veli\u010dinom crvenih krvnih zrnaca i smanjenom koncentracijom hemoglobina, a javlja se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e u djece. Ta<strong>&nbsp;anemija nastaje uglavnom zbog nedostatnog unosa \u017eeljeza putem hrane,<\/strong>&nbsp;zbog poreme\u0107ene apsorpcije \u017eeljeza, dugotrajnog gubitka krvi (obilne mjese\u010dnice, krvarenja iz probavnog trakta i mokra\u0107nog sustava) te kod pove\u0107anih potreba organizma za \u017eeljezom koje se javljaju u vrijeme rasta i razvoja, trudno\u0107e i dojenja, bavljenja sportom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osim anemije uzrokovane manjkom \u017eeljeza u prehrani, u na\u0161oj populaciji javlja se i anemija zbog manjka folne kiseline i vitamina B12. Uzroci su tih anemija nedostatak folne kiseline u prehrani, kod pove\u0107anih fiziolo\u0161kih potreba (trudno\u0107a), kod poreme\u0107aja apsorpcije u crijevima i kod kroni\u010dnih oboljenja jetre, donosi\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.zzjzpgz.hr\/nzl\/11\/anemija.htm\">Zavod za javno zdravstvo.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/narod.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Anemija.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Posljedice su slabokrvnosti slabija fizi\u010dka sposobnost, smanjena otpornost prema bolestima, sporiji rast, smanjena mogu\u0107nost koncentracije i pam\u0107enja. Ispitivanja obavljena u nas kod populacije \u0161kolske djece ukazuju da 7-16% djece ima sideropeni\u010dnu anemiju (grani\u010dna vrijednost razine hemoglobina je 120 g\/L). Najve\u0107i broj djece ima vrijednosti hemoglobina izme\u0111u 110-120 g\/L, odnosno blagi stupanj anemije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rezultati ispitivanja obavljenih u populaciji trudnica pokazuju da je 7,5-15,9% trudnica s vrijednostima hemoglobina ispod 110 g\/L, a to ukazuje na javnozdravstveni zna\u010daj sideropeni\u010dne anemije i va\u017enost provo\u0111enja profilakti\u010dkih mjera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ispitivanje kvalitete prehrane u svim dobnim skupinama populacije ukazuju na ni\u017ei sadr\u017eaj nekih za\u0161titnih tvari u odnosu na preporu\u010deni dnevni unos (kalcij, \u017eeljezo i neki vitamini). Velikim dijelom to je posljedica nepravilnih prehrambenih navika (rafinirani proizvodi) ili nedostatnog unosa uiolo\u0161ki vrijednih namirnica (svje\u017ee vo\u0107e i povr\u0107e, mlijeko i mlije\u010dni proizvodi, meso), \u0161to je \u010desto i posljedica te\u017ee dostupnosti tih namirnica iz ekonomskih razloga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lije\u010denje hranom i lijekovima<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako nije mogu\u0107e osigurati dovoljne koli\u010dine biolo\u0161ki punovrijednih namirnica, potrebno je koristiti preparate \u017eeljeza u svrhu prevencije i terapije anemija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparate za oralnu primjenu uputno je davati prije obroka, da bi se osigurala neometana apsorpcija. U situacijama ne\u017eeljenih nuspojava, uzimanje preparata \u017eeljeza za vrijeme obroka pridonijet \u0107e ubla\u017eavanju nuspojava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osobama koje uzimaju preparate \u017eeljeza radi prevencije ili terapije anemije, nakon postizanja normalnih vrijednosti hemoglobina preporu\u010da se kori\u0161tenje preparata \u017eeljeza kroz slijede\u0107ih 1-3 mjeseca, da bi se popunile rezerve \u017eeljeza u organizmu. Prevencija i terapija anemija uzrokovanih manjkom folne kiseline obavlja se davanjem suplemenata folne kiseline u kombinaciji sa \u017eeljezom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparati \u017eeljeza mogu biti u obliku tableta i otopina. Smatra se da je postignut pozitivan u\u010dinak ako do\u0111e do pove\u0107anja vrijednosti hemoglobina za 20-25 g\/L nakon primjene preparata \u017eeljeza u trajanju od 4 tjedna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pravilnom prehranom sprije\u010dite slabokrvnost<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potrebno je jesti raznoliku hranu i u svoju prehranu uvrstiti namirnice bogate \u017eeljezom i one koje poma\u017eu njegovu apsorpciju. Glavni su prirodni izvori \u017eeljeza u hrani: meso, riba, jetra, jaja, zeleno lisnato povr\u0107e (naro\u010dito bogat je list per\u0161ina), mahunarke, svje\u017ee vo\u0107e. \u017deljezo iz mesa i ribe je hem \u017eeljezo koje se u organizmu 4-5 puta bolje iskori\u0161tava od \u017eeljeza iz drugih namirnica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dnevni obroci trebaju sadr\u017eavati dovoljne koli\u010dine svje\u017eeg vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a jer te namirnice sadr\u017ee vitamin C koji pospje\u0161uje apsorpciju \u017eeljeza.
