Ipak, hodanje je mo\u017eda i ponajbolji na\u010din rekreacije, a nerijetko je podcijenjeno.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Hodanje je najpodcjenjivanija, najispravnija vje\u017eba za sagorijevanje masti i uma koja je dostupna ljudima&#8221;, rekla je Dana Santas, certificirana stru\u010dnjakinja&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/edition.cnn.com\/2021\/08\/06\/health\/walking-benefits-exercise-wellness\/index.html\">CNN<\/a>-a za snagu i kondiciju i trenerica tijela u profesionalnim sportovima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brojne studije pokazale su kako je hodanje najbolji na\u010din za sagorijevanje masnih naslaga, a efektno je i za one koji imaju problema s tjelovje\u017ebom jer ne predstavlja preveliko optere\u0107enje za tijelo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evo nekoliko stvari koje bi svi trebali znati o ovom jednostavnom, ali korisnom obliku tjelovje\u017ebe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">HODANJE POBOLJ\u0160AVA VA\u0160E ZDRAVLJE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Trening hodanja mo\u017ee vam pomo\u0107i da smr\u0161avite; smanjite&nbsp;krvni tlak i kolesterol; i smanjite rizik od sr\u010danih bolesti, dijabetesa i raka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Hodanje za zdravlje&#8221;, posebno izvje\u0161\u0107e medicinskog fakulteta na Harvardu ka\u017ee da hodanje mo\u017ee u\u010diniti vi\u0161e u borbi protiv bolesti i drugih zdravstvenih stanja nego gotovo svi drugi oblici tjelovje\u017ebe. Jedan primjer: Hodanje samo dva i pol sata tjedno ili ne\u0161to manje od 22 minute dnevno moglo bi smanjiti rizik od sr\u010danih bolesti za impresivnih 30 posto.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">POBOLJ\u0160AVA PAM\u0106ENJE I KOGNITIVNE SPOSOBNOSTI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Brojna istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da je hodanje poticaj mozgu. Studija objavljena u \u010dasopisu Neurology iz 2010. otkrila je vezu izme\u0111u hodanja i ve\u0107e koli\u010dine sive tvari u mozgu. To je osobito istinito ako \u0161etate vani u prirodi.&nbsp;Mo\u017eete oja\u010dati mi\u0161i\u0107e, kosti i zglobove.
