Trenutak skidanja pelena ovisi o vi\u0161e \u010dimbenika, a \u010dinjenica je da ljeto taj proces mo\u017ee olak\u0161ati. Ali u\u010dinak \u0107e izostati ako dijete jo\u0161 nije spremno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dijete \u0107e \u201eslati signale\u201c da je spremno i tek tada roditelji trebaju po\u010deti s treningom, objasnila je psihologinja Elisabeth Gerhardsen za portal&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.familysimply.com\/parents\/children\/child-health\/this-is-how-you-get-your-baby-to-stop-using-diapers-2446263\">Family Simply<\/a>, prenosi&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.adiva.hr\/zdravlje\/djecje-zdravlje\/iskoristite-ljeto-za-odvikavanje-od-pelena-ali-samo-ako-je-dijete-spremno\/\">Adiva.hr.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sazrijevanje se kod sve djece doga\u0111a razli\u010dito pa je va\u017eno uloviti taj trenutak spremnosti za proces odvikavanja. U protivnom, forsiranje kahlice mo\u017ee izazvati stres kod djeteta, a toalet pretvoriti u bojno polje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kada je dijete spremno?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na stranicama zagreba\u010dkog&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/vrtic-cvrcak.zagreb.hr\/?id=278\">Dje\u010djeg vrti\u0107a Cvr\u010dak<\/a>, navode da je dijete spremno kada primijetite barem nekoliko od ovih znakova:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>ima normalnu redovitu stolicu,<\/li><li>ima du\u017ee periode kada je suho,<\/li><li>svjesno je da je ve\u0107 obavilo nu\u017edu,<\/li><li>vidljivo pokazuje da obavlja nu\u017edu (umiri se, pravi grimase i sl.),<\/li><li>pokazuje interes za kori\u0161tenje no\u0107ne posude ili WC-a,<\/li><li>koristi rije\u010di za veliku i malu nu\u017edu (npr. pi\u0161kiti, kakati),<\/li><li>smeta mu puna pelena i svi\u0111a mu se biti u ga\u0107icama.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Djeca u razli\u010ditoj dobi uspijevaju posti\u0107i kontrolu nad mokrenjem,<strong>&nbsp;uglavnom izme\u0111u druge i tre\u0107e godine \u017eivota.<\/strong>&nbsp;Ne uspiju li do dobi od pet godina kontrolirati mokrenje, mogla bi se dijagnosticirati enureza. Nju karakterizira opetovano, nevoljno mokrenje tijekom dana ili no\u0107i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tako\u0111er, postoji razlika izme\u0111u suho\u0107e no\u0107u i danju pa se tako \u010desto \u201eno\u0107na\u201c pelena posljednja skida. Spomenimo i to da se \u010desto najprije posti\u017ee kontrola nad pra\u017enjenjem crijeva. Razlog tome je da dijete ima vi\u0161e vremena za odgovaraju\u0107u reakciju, odnosno za dolazak do kahlice i skidanje pelene\/ga\u0107ica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Savjeti za ljeto<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ljeto je izvrsno za odvikavanje od pelena iz jednostavnog razloga \u2013 dijete \u0107e lak\u0161e zapaziti kada obavlja nu\u017edu \u0161to \u0107e mu pomo\u0107i u samokontroli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kada odlazite u grad, na izlet ili u posjete, u po\u010detku je ipak dobro djetetu stavljati pelenu, ali ga pritom ohrabrivati. Na ljetovanje svakako ne zaboravite ponijeti puno rezervne odje\u0107e i kahlicu koju \u0107ete imati sa sobom \u010dak i ako odlazite na izlete, posebno ako se namjeravate negdje dulje zadr\u017eavati.
