S obzirom na to koliko vremena tijekom \u017eivota provedemo spavaju\u0107i, nepravilan polo\u017eaj tijekom spavanje mo\u017ee negativno utjecati na na\u0161e zdravlje, pi\u0161e Centarzdravlja.hr.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Najzdraviji polo\u017eaj za spavanje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stru\u010dnjaci isti\u010du da je&nbsp;<strong>spavanje na le\u0111ima&nbsp;<\/strong>zapravo najzdraviji polo\u017eaj za spavanje. Upravo je spavanje na le\u0111ima jednostavno rje\u0161enje za niz tegoba, od nesanice do zdravstvenih problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spavanje na le\u0111ima ima brojne zdravstvene prednosti, a u nastavku vam otkrivamo neke od njih!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Poma\u017ee kod bolova u le\u0111ima i vratu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Istra\u017eivanje iz 2017. godine je pokazalo da je spavanje na le\u0111ima najbolji na\u010din za sprje\u010davanje boli. Tijekom spavanja na le\u0111ima kralje\u017enica se nalazi u polo\u017eaju u kakvom se nalazi prilikom uspravnog stajanja, zbog \u010dega je&nbsp;<strong>manji&nbsp;pritisak na kralje\u017enicu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spavanje na trbuhu s glavom okrenutom na jednu stranu jednako je kao dr\u017eanje glave okrenute u jednom smjeru satima za vrijeme stajanja ili sjedenja, \u0161to uzrokuje bol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Pobolj\u0161ava disanje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le\u017eanje na boku ili trbuhu stvara pritisak na dijafragmu, \u0161to uzrokuje plitko disanje. Nekoliko studija je potvrdilo da disanje iz dijafragme, odnosno pravilno disanje,&nbsp;<strong>smanjuje stres, pobolj\u0161ava raspolo\u017eenje i pobolj\u0161ava pa\u017enju.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disanje iz dijafragme rezultira proizvodnjom melatonina, hormona koji poti\u010de opu\u0161tanje, poti\u010de spavanje i pove\u0107ava aktivnost parasimpati\u010dkog \u017eiv\u010danog sustava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Rje\u0161ava probleme s ko\u017eom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jastu\u010dnice upijaju sebum iz ko\u017ee i kose, kao i ostatke proizvoda koje ste nanijeli na lice prije spavanja. Samim time se le\u017eanjem na boku ili trbuhu, kada je jedna strana lica okrenuta jastuku, sebum i ostatci kozmeti\u010dkih proizvoda se prenose na lice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To mo\u017ee dovesti do ko\u017enih problema kao \u0161to su miteseri, pri\u0161ti\u0107i, crvenilo i iritacije lica. Spavanjem na le\u0111ima lice nije u dodiru s jastu\u010dnicom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kada se lice nalazi izravno na jastuku, tijekom no\u0107i dolazi i do trenja \u0161to<strong>&nbsp;mo\u017ee uzrokovati bore i linije.&nbsp;<\/strong>Spavanjem na le\u0111ima se sprje\u010dava prijevremeni razvoj i produbljivanje bora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Ubla\u017eava za\u010depljenost sinusa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tijekom spavanja na le\u0111ima glava se nalazi u povi\u0161enijem polo\u017eaju nego prilikom spavanja na boku ili trbuhu. Takav polo\u017eaj glave&nbsp;<strong>ubla\u017eava i sprje\u010dava za\u010depljenost nosa.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kada je glava spu\u0161tena, sluz se nakuplja u sinusima, dok se podizanjem glave isu\u0161uje sluz i odr\u017eava prohodnost di\u0161nih puteva. Istra\u017eivanje iz 2016. godine je pokazalo da spavanje na le\u0111ima poma\u017ee i kod&nbsp;<strong>refluksa \u017eelu\u010dane kiseline<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Poma\u017ee sprije\u010diti glavobolje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sli\u010dno kao i kod bolova u vratu i kralje\u017enici,<strong>&nbsp;spavanje na le\u0111ima smanjuje pritisak koji uzrokuje bol u glavi.<\/strong>&nbsp;Cervikogene glavobolje po\u010dinju u vratu i \u010desto se, zbog sli\u010dnih simptoma, zamjenjuju za migrene. Simptomi takvih glavobolja su:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>pulsiraju\u0107a bol s jedne strane glave ili lica<\/li><li>uko\u010denost vrata<\/li><li>bol u blizini o\u010diju<\/li><li>osjetljivost na svjetlost i buku<\/li><li>zamagljen vid<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako po\u010deti spavati na le\u0111ima?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ako ste ve\u0107inu \u017eivota spavali na boku ili trbuhu, onda vam se spavanje na le\u0111ima vjerojatno \u010dini neudobnim. Me\u0111utim, postoje trikovi koji vam mogu pomo\u0107i da se priviknete na spavanje u ovom polo\u017eaju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ispod koljena poku\u0161ajte staviti jastuk, a ispod donjeg dijela le\u0111a smotani ru\u010dnik.
