U moru raznih industrijskih proizvoda nezdravog pa i \u0161tetnog djelovanja na zdravlje izdvojila sam pet namirnica koje kao nutricionist nastojim ne konzumirati &#8211; rekla je&nbsp;<strong>Vedrana Du\u010dkovi\u0107.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010cIPS OD KRUMPIRA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Mnogima omiljene grickalice, a posebno \u010dips od krumpira koji bi me\u0111u prvima dodala na &#8220;crnu listu&#8221;. Jednostavni ugljikohidrati visokog glikemijskog indeksa pa jo\u0161 tretirani u biljnim uljima pri visokoj temperaturi pr\u017eenja pravi su recept za unos ne samo velike koli\u010dine kalorija ve\u0107 i \u0161tetnih, potencijalno prokancerogenih spojeva &#8211; objasnila je Du\u010dki\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ne treba zaboraviti ni veliku koli\u010dinu soli, a time i natrija koju ovakvi proizvodi sadr\u017ee. Samo 100 grama \u010dipsa od krumpira obi\u010dno sadr\u017ei oko 550 kcal, visok udio masno\u0107a i ugljikohidrata, nizak udio proteina i 1-2 grama soli. Uz to ima malo vitamina i minerala, a poja\u010diva\u010di okusa, arome i drugi aditivi dodatno bi nas trebali odgovoriti od konzumacije ovakvih proizvoda, navodi nutricionistica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O\u010dekivane posljedice konzumacije ove vrste proizvoda su pove\u0107anje tjelesne mase, a negativan utjecaj mogu svakako imati i na krvni tlak radi visokog sadr\u017eaja natrija, na pove\u0107anje triglicerida, LDL kolesterola, \u0161to su negativne posljedice za srce i kardiovaskularni sustav i dr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Iako \u0107e mnogi re\u0107i da to nije isto, potrebi za grickanjem danas se mo\u017ee dosko\u010diti uz razne alternative zdravijih grickalica iz bio trgovina, a jedna od njih je i \u010dips od jabuke &#8211; istaknula je Du\u010dki\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">KRAFNE I SLI\u010cNI PROIZVODI S KVASCEM I RAFINIRANIM P\u0160ENI\u010cNIM BRA\u0160NOM<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; &#8220;Slatke i masne&#8221; i malo je toga potrebno dodati kada \u017eelimo izbje\u0107i debljanje i predispoziciju za razvoj bolesti kao \u0161to su pretilost, dijabetes, kardiovaskularne bolesti i dr. Znamo li na\u010din pripreme i nutritivni sastav krafne mo\u017eemo je opisati kao energetsku bombu praznih kalorija &#8211; poja\u0161njava Du\u010dki\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovisno o punjenju, krafne imaju 330 kcal na 100 g proizvoda, sadr\u017ee puno masno\u0107a od kojih je u prosjeku pet grama zasi\u0107enih masnih kiselina i jedan gram soli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Zbog visokog udjela jednostavnih ugljikohidrata, od kojih je 15 i vi\u0161e grama \u0161e\u0107era na 100 grama proizvoda, ima izuzetno visok glikemijski indeks te brzo povisuje nivo glukoze u krvi. Posljedica ovakvog djelovanja je br\u017ee nakupljanje ne\u017eeljenih kilograma, ve\u0107a iscrpljenost i umor, kao i neprekidna \u017eelja za slatkom hranom &#8211; rekla je nutricionistica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INDUSTRIJSKI SUHOMESNATI PROIZVODI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Porijeklo mesa, zdravlje \u017eivotinja, na\u010din njihovog uzgoja, ishrana, tretiranje antibioticima ili hormonima tema su o kojoj bi se jako puno moglo pisati i raspravljati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Kakvo je meso \u017eivotinje i koji se dijelovi mesa koriste u samoj proizvodnji \u010desto su nam nepoznanica \u010dak i kada na deklaraciji pro\u010ditamo \u0161to sve proizvod sadr\u017ei. Ovo su \u010desto masni i slani proizvodi kojima se radi produljenja trajnosti, \u010duvanja mikrobiolo\u0161ke ispravnosti i organolepti\u010dkih svojstava dodaju razni aditivi. Jedan od ve\u0107ih neprijatelja zdravlju svakako je natrijev nitrit \u010dija je svrha u suhomesnatim proizvodima izme\u0111u ostalog sa\u010duvati privla\u010dnu crvenu boju. Problem je \u0161to u organizmu dolazi do stvaranja nitrata i reakcije s aminima te nastanka nitrozamina koji imaju mutagena svojstva i mogu djelovati prokancerogeno &#8211; istaknula je Du\u010dki\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovo su ujedno proizvodi visokog sadr\u017eaja zasi\u0107enih masnih kiselina i kolesterola. Preporuka je suhomesnate proizvode konzumirati vrlo umjereno kada nam to dozvoljava zdravstveno stanje i kada god je to mogu\u0107e preporuka je birati doma\u0107e proizvode i meso poznatog porijekla, poja\u0161njava nutricionistica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">POHANO MESO, POHANA RIBA I DRUGI POHANI PROIZVODI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pohane namirnice mnogima su omiljeno jelo i neizostavan dio nedjeljnog ru\u010dka. No, nutricionisti ovakav na\u010din pripreme izbjegavaju u naj\u0161irem luku. Ulje, masno\u0107a i primjena visokih temperatura ve\u0107 su navedeni kod pripreme \u010dipsa ili krafne, me\u0111utim kod pohanja se koriste i drugi nezdravi oblici pripreme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; I u ovom slu\u010daju radi se o vrlo kalori\u010dnom proizvodu punom masno\u0107a koje \u0107e prilikom pripreme upiti smjesa za pohanje od bijelog bra\u0161na, kru\u0161nih mrvica i jaja. Meso u kombinaciji s jednostavnom ugljikohidratnom smjesom bit \u0107e dobar recept za nakupljanje suvi\u0161nih kilograma, i to na vrlo nezdrav na\u010din &#8211; navodi Du\u010dkovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kako biste i dalje mogli u\u017eivati u pohanom mesu, nutricionistica nudi rje\u0161enje odabirom bra\u0161na punog zrna uz dodatak sjemenki poput sezama, zobi, lana i sli\u010dno te kori\u0161tenje posu\u0111a koje dozvoljava pripremu bez pr\u017eenje u ulju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SLATKI GAZIRANI SOKOVI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Op\u0107enito govore\u0107i slatki sokovi su visoko na listi nepo\u017eeljnih, a kada su dodatno gazirani govorimo o pravim neprijateljima zdravlja. Kalori\u010dni, visokog glikemijskog indeksa, puni umjetnih aroma ili umjetnih zasla\u0111iva\u010da jer su tobo\u017ee niskokalori\u010dni, ovi sokovi nemaju ba\u0161 ni\u0161ta zbog \u010dega bi im tra\u017eila pozitivnu stanu. \u017delimo li \u010duvati zdravlje, \u017eeludac, zube, zglobove, kosti, izbje\u0107i prekomjeran unos taurina, kofeina, osobito kod djece, zaslu\u017euju veliko ne u zdravom na\u010dinu \u017eivota &#8211; objasnila je Du\u010dki\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0160to treba izbjegavati kod odabira namirnica?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Kako biste sa\u010duvali zdravlje vrlo je va\u017eno unositi \u0161to vi\u0161e svje\u017eih, raznolikih, neprera\u0111enih, sirovih namirnica poput sezonskog vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a, grahorica i mahunarki, ora\u0161astih plodova i sjemenki bogatih antioksidansima, vitaminima, mineralima i elementima u tragovima. Konzumacijom neprera\u0111enih namirnica i svje\u017ee pripremljene doma\u0107e hrane dajemo zdravlju \u0161ansu. S druge strane kada kupujemo gotovu hranu i prera\u0111ene, visokorafinirane proizvode potrebno je \u010ditati deklaracije &#8211; rekla Du\u010dki\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Napomine kako je va\u017eno izbjegavati namirnice koje sadr\u017ee visoki postotak soli, trans-masne kiseline i hidrogenizirana biljna ulja, visok udio zasi\u0107enih masnih kiselina i kolesterola, a prije svega treba izbjegavati namirnice koje su bogate poja\u010diva\u010dima okusa, umjetnim bojilima i aromama. Tako\u0111er, ka\u017ee nam Du\u010dki\u0107, treba izbjegavati namirnice koje imaju malu nutritivnu i visoku energetsku vrijednost koja potje\u010de od jednostavnih ugljikohidrata i raznih masno\u0107a, a ne sadr\u017ee dovoljan udio vitamina niti minerala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Zakon regulira uporabu i dozvoljenu koli\u010dinu svakog pojedinog aditiva koji se dodaje hrani, treba biti odobren unutar Europske unije te mu se dodjeljuje E broj. Dobra informiranost potro\u0161a\u010da od iznimne je va\u017enosti, a razni strahovi vezani uz uporabu pojedinih aditiva proizlaze iz nedovoljnog poznavanja istih i neinformiranosti op\u0107enito. Ipak pojedini aditivi iako odobreni i u propisanim koli\u010dinama mogu kod osjetljivijih ljudi izazvati primjerice intolerancije ili alergijske reakcije ili dodatno negativno utjecati na zdravstveno stanje kod odre\u0111enih bolesti i stanja &#8211; navodi Du\u010dki\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neki od naj\u0161tetnijih zaga\u0111iva\u010da koji se mogu prona\u0107i u hrani su, ka\u017ee, te\u0161ki metali poput kadmija i olova. Oni su vrlo opasni za jetru, bubrege, kosti, \u017eiv\u010dani sustav, mi\u0161i\u0107e, a posljedica su uglavnom industrijskog one\u010di\u0161\u0107enja. Tako\u0111er se, isti\u010de nutricionistica, mo\u017ee prona\u0107i \u017eiva i arsen \u010desto u ribi i \u0161koljka\u0161ima iz one\u010di\u0161\u0107enih mora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Iako se koriste radi produljenja trajnosti i suzbijanja rasta mikroorganizama, u ve\u0107im koli\u010dinama zbog \u010deste konzumacije proizvoda bogatih tim aditivima \u0161tetno na ljudsko zdravlje mogu djelovati nitriti i nitrati, sumporni dioksid i sulfiti, benzojeva kiselina i benzoati. Poja\u010diva\u010d okusa mononatrijev glutamat kojeg nalazimo u recimo gotovim jelima, umacima i juhama mo\u017ee izazvati odre\u0111eno nepodno\u0161enje.
