Uz to, takva navika mo\u017ee dovesti do jake gladi pa \u0107ete na kraju pojesti puno vi\u0161e, nego \u0161to ste planirali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Jedete za radnim stolom<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Svi se \u017eelimo \u0161to prije rije\u0161iti obaveza pa ra\u010dunamo da \u0107emo u\u0161tedjeti puno ako jedemo dok radimo. Ne samo da \u0107e tako nestati veselje, nego \u0107e se potpuno smanjiti svjesnost o tome koliko jedete. Umjesto da osjetite arome, okus, vi \u0107ete obrok brzo progutati, a da niste svjesni \u0161to radite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Birate brze dijete<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNikada ne\u0107u savjetovati brza rje\u0161enja, jer one dijete koje ka\u017eu da jedete samo kupus ili pijete vodu s limunom mogu samo stvoriti dodatne frustracije. Izgubit \u0107ete vi kilograme, ali su velike \u0161anse da \u0107ete ih vratiti\u201c, isti\u010de Smith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Jedete ispred ekrana<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKada jedete dok je ispred vas ra\u010dunalo ili televizor ili usput tipkate po mobitelu, mo\u017eete ra\u010dunati i na nakupljanje kilograma\u201d, dodaje Eshani. U tim ste trenutcima vi\u0161e fokusirani na ekran nego na hranu, \u0161to zna\u010di da \u0107ete vjerojatno pojesti puno vi\u0161e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Unosite malo masno\u0107a<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Svakako je potrebno paziti da ne unosite previ\u0161e masno\u0107a, ali malo masno\u0107a \u0107e vam pomo\u0107i da ostanete siti jer je zasitna. Neke masno\u0107e (avokado, maslinovo ulje, kikiriki maslac) nude i dobrobiti za zdravlje srca kada se jedu umjereno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Jedete brzo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cBrzo \u017evakanje mo\u017ee samo dovesti do prejedanja i naravno nakupljanja kilograma. Potrebno je oko 20 minuta mozgu da registrira da ste siti, ali ako jedete br\u017ee od toga, znate i sami \u0161to se dogodi\u201d, dodaje Ehsani. Isto tako mo\u017ee se dogoditi da vas boli \u017eeludac nakon tako pojedenog obroka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Izbjegavate gluten<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c\u0160to je vi\u0161e proizvoda bez glutena na policama trgovina, to mi se \u010dini da sve vi\u0161e ljudi pose\u017ee za njima jer misle da \u0107e tako izgubiti kilograme. Na\u017ealost to nije tako i za to ne postoje dokazi\u201d, rekla je.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Postite predugo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSve popularniji post se smatra metodom za gubitak kilograma, ipak, ako si dozvolite jesti samo u odre\u0111enom razdoblju u danu, \u0161to \u0107ete ako u tom trenutku osjetite glad?\u201d, ka\u017ee Ehsani.
