Nije ih te\u0161ko zapamtiti, a po\u0161to su vje\u017ebe lako mjerljive, oni mogu imati va\u017enu ulogu u javnom zdravlju kao pokazatelj koliko nam je vje\u017ebanja potrebno.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kad je posrijedi hodanje mnogima \u0107e odmah pasti na pamet broj&nbsp;<strong>10 tisu\u0107a<\/strong>, dugo idealiziran kao svakodnevno potreban broj koraka za unapre\u0111enje zdravlja, pi\u0161e portal&nbsp;<strong>Science Alert<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dokaza o pozitivnom u\u010dinku hodanja na zdravlje ima napretek, a studije o duljini i intenzitetu \u010desto se provode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U posljednjoj takvoj, objavljenoj u \u010dasopisu ameri\u010dke medicinske udruge (JAMA), znanstvenici predvo\u0111eni&nbsp;<strong>Amandom Paluch&nbsp;<\/strong>sa Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta Massachusetts pratili su godinama dvije tisu\u0107e mu\u0161karaca iz \u010detiriju ameri\u010dkih gradova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Skupina mu\u0161karaca prosje\u010dne dobi ne\u0161to preko 45 godina, nosila je akcelerometre koji su svakodnevno bilje\u017eili broj i intenzitet njihovih koraka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eksperiment je po\u010deo 2005. i trajao je do 2018. godine, dokad je 72 posto \u010dlanova izvorne skupine umrlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rezultati su pokazali da postoji manji rizik od prerane smrti u osoba koje su dnevno prehodale 7000 koraka u usporedbi s onima koji su kora\u010dali manje.&nbsp;Intenzitet hodanja nije imao u\u010dinak na mortalitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Znanstvenici smatraju da \u0107e pove\u0107anje broja koraka u najmanje aktivnoj populaciji znatno pridonijeti njihovu zdravlju, no nakon odre\u0111enog praga dodatni koraci vi\u0161e nemaju dodatan u\u010dinak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Vi\u0161e od 10 tisu\u0107a koraka dnevno nismo povezali s dodatnim smanjenjem rizika od preuranjene smrti, napisali su.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Premda rezultati uvelike potvr\u0111uju ono \u0161to smo ve\u0107 znali o dobrobiti hodanja iz prethodnih studija, novi prag od 7000 koraka bez sumnje je lak\u0161e ostvariv nego 10.000 i mogao bi motivirati na hodanje i one koji mu nisu skloni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Broj koraka u danu jednostavan je i lako mjerljiv cilj i odli\u010dan je na\u010din promocije zdravlja.
