Pandemija je dala krila rastu cijena nekretnina, ali i stanarina te je odr\u017eavanje tro\u0161kova postalo sve te\u017ee.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mnogi se \u017eele rije\u0161iti velike nekretnine i&nbsp;<strong>prona\u0107i sebi ne\u0161to manje i jeftinije<\/strong>, pi\u0161e Ve\u010dernji list BiH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>U zemljama \u010dlanicama Organizacije za ekonomsku suradnju<\/strong>&nbsp;i razvoj odnos cijena i prihoda dramati\u010dno je porastao. Izvje\u0161\u0107a navode kako bi upravo stambeni dugovi mogli biti temelj novih kriza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pandemija ostavila traga<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kakva je situacija u BiH, provjerili smo s Edinom Batlakom, ekonomistom i vode\u0107im \u010dovjekom&nbsp;<strong>Agencije za nekretnine Agency Plus,<\/strong>&nbsp;koji nam govori kako je tr\u017ei\u0161te nekretnina, kada je BiH u pitanju, \u017eivnulo u svibnju ove godine. Me\u0111utim, jasno je kako je pandemija u\u010dinila svoje, a ono \u0161to itekako diktira situaciju cijena je na svjetskom tr\u017ei\u0161tu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Imamo poreme\u0107aje na svjetskom tr\u017ei\u0161tu koji se prelijevaju i na nas,&nbsp;<strong>promjena cijene gra\u0111evnih materijala<\/strong>, prvenstveno metala, i veliki skokovi doveli su do toga da se podi\u017eu cijene. Nedavno sam govorio da tu postoje odre\u0111ena opravdanja, ali, po mom mi\u0161ljenju, ni u kojem slu\u010daju tolika koliki su ti zahtjevi za pove\u0107anjem<\/em>, ka\u017ee Batlak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uptan kada mo\u017eemo o\u010dekivati&nbsp;<strong>stabilizaciju stanja na tr\u017ei\u0161tu<\/strong>&nbsp;i koliko to ovisi o pandemiji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Mo\u017ee se primijetiti na neizravan na\u010din da ljudi po\u010dinju \u017eivjeti normalno s pandemijom, odnosno da ona postaje sastavni dio \u017eivota i ne\u0107e biti zatvaranja kakvih je bilo, a osobno&nbsp;<strong>vjerujem u to s obzirom i na proces imunizacije.<\/strong>&nbsp;Ali pandemija ima utjecaj i dalje jer mnogi ne\u0107e u\u0107i u kredite zbog straha i nesigurnosti<\/em>, ka\u017ee Batlak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spominje i jo\u0161 jedan aspekt koji je u zemlji poput BiH itekako bitan, a druge zemlje s tim&nbsp;<strong>uglavnom nemaju problema<\/strong>&nbsp;pa \u0107e se lak\u0161e i pokrenuti kada do\u0111e kraj pandemiji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Politi\u010dka situacija u BiH ne ide nimalo na ruku razvoju tr\u017ei\u0161ta nekretninama.&nbsp;<strong>Ono je velika ko\u010dnica<\/strong>&nbsp;i kada bi se to otko\u010dilo, bila bi puno bolja situacija, bolje bi bilo investitorima, a i samim kupcima<\/em>, nagla\u0161ava Batlak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Me\u0111utim, nije sve tako crno. U pandemiji, primjerice, nije opadalo zanimanje za zemlji\u0161tem, prvenstveno onim gra\u0111evinskim, a&nbsp;<strong>Batlak nam isti\u010de jedan zanimljiv fenomen,<\/strong>&nbsp;a to su odlasci na selo, gdje cijene pomalo rastu, a osnovni razlog tome je sloboda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Vidite i sami, ljudi su frustrirani zatvaranjem, a u jeku onih<strong>&nbsp;prvih pandemijskih mjera i lockdowna<\/strong>&nbsp;osje\u0107ali su se klaustrofobi\u010dno pa su mnogi donosili odluku napraviti ne\u0161to u prirodi kako bi izbjegli nove valove pandemije i stroge mjere neizlaska, policijskog sata\u2026 Tako da je cijena zemlji\u0161ta porasla u samoj pandemiji,<\/em>&nbsp;pri\u010da Batlak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upravo je to ono \u0161to je pozitivno i zanimljivo u ovoj pri\u010di u proteklih godinu i pol dana. Ljudi svoje ku\u0107e i stanove u sredi\u0161tima gradova<strong>&nbsp;sve vi\u0161e zamjenjuju za seoske objekte,<\/strong>&nbsp;bilo da se radi o vikendicama, starim ku\u0107ama ili pak novoizgra\u0111enima te je dosta primjera o svemu tome. Oni s kojima razgovaramo kao razlog odlaska na selo navode bijeg od stresa i u\u017eurbanih aktivnosti te svakodnevnih tema koje ne vode naprijed, a na selu, uz mir, imaju mogu\u0107nost proizvodnje hrane i zdraviji na\u010din \u017eivot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Druk\u010diji na\u010din \u017eivota<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na ruku ide \u010dinjenica i da su se&nbsp;<strong>sela urbanizirala i da su prakti\u010dki u svakom dostupni struja<\/strong>, internet, voda\u2026, tako da je posao na daljinu dostupan svugdje. Nedavno je objavljena pri\u010da o digitalcima koji su se preporodili na selu, a kao jedan od aktera spominje se Bo\u017eidar Novak, razvojni in\u017eenjer koji je grad odlu\u010dio zamijeniti seoskim imanjem i nije po\u017ealio. U ispovijesti&nbsp;<strong>Bo\u017eidar nije naveo u kojem selu danas \u017eivi<\/strong>, ali je kazao kako je zbog balansa posla, privatnog \u017eivota i sindroma \u201cburnout\u201d (sindrom izgaranja na poslu) imao potrebu za promjenom sredine, pi\u0161e Ve\u010dernji list BiH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Budim se 10 minuta prije zore, onda zakuham \u010daj, odradim trening, pojedem doru\u010dak i po\u010dnemo raditi \u2013 ja u IT-ju, a \u017eena s umjetni\u010dkom keramikom. Radim od 8 do 12 sati, stanka za ru\u010dak, odmor i po\u010dinjem opet raditi oko 15 pa do 18 sati.<strong>&nbsp;Jutro je za klijente u RH, poslijepodne za klijente u SAD-u<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 pravilo, ali bez strogih zakona. Nakon 18 sati sam u vrtu, u \u0161umi sa psom ili sviram ukulele i to me svaku ve\u010der spasi. Ve\u010dera oko 21 ili 22 pa u krevet, kazao je o svom novom \u017eivotu.
