{"id":67369,"date":"2021-09-24T01:25:44","date_gmt":"2021-09-24T00:25:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radioljubuski.ba\/?p=67369"},"modified":"2021-09-24T01:25:44","modified_gmt":"2021-09-24T00:25:44","slug":"studija-na-pretilost-utjece-kvaliteta-a-ne-kolicina-konzumirane-hrane","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radioljubuski.ba\/index.php\/2021\/09\/24\/studija-na-pretilost-utjece-kvaliteta-a-ne-kolicina-konzumirane-hrane\/","title":{"rendered":"Studija: Na pretilost utje\u010de kvaliteta, a ne koli\u010dina konzumirane hrane"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Gojaznost ne mora nu\u017eno biti rezultat unosa prevelike koli\u010dine hrane u organizam, pokazala je studija ameri\u010dkih znanstvenika koji &#8220;epidemiju pretilosti&#8221; u Americi pripisuju procesuiranim ugljikohidratima koji uzrokuju kaos u metabolizmu.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po mi\u0161ljenju grupe stru\u010dnjaka na \u010delu s Davidom Ludwigom, endokrinologom na Harvardu i u bostonskoj dje\u010djoj bolnici, stvarni problem zapravo nije u konzumiranju pretjerane koli\u010dine hrane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oni smatraju da su glavni krivci za gojaznost &#8220;moderne prehrambene navike koje karakterizira pretjerana konzumacija hrane s velikim glikemijskim indeksom, posebice procesuiranih, brzo probavljivih ugljikohidrata&#8221;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pojasnili su da konzumiranje velikih koli\u010dina prera\u0111enih i \u0161krobnih ugljikohidrata utje\u010de na niz hormonalnih i metaboli\u010dkih promjena koje u organizmu rezultiraju skladi\u0161tenjem vi\u0161ka energije u obliku masti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Znanstvenici tvrde da \u0107e kvaliteta hrane koju osoba konzumira, a ne njezina koli\u010dina utjecati na to ho\u0107e li se pojedinac udebljati i na kraju razviti pretilost. Tipi\u010dan primjer su pr\u017eeni krumpiri\u0107i, pe\u010deni krumpiri, bijelo tijesto i ri\u017ea, \u017eitne pahuljice i za\u0161e\u0107erena pi\u0107a.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Takva vrsta namirnica uzrokuje hormonalni odgovor koji iz temelja mijenja na\u0161 metabolizam, poti\u010de pohranu masno\u0107a, dobivanje na te\u017eini i pretilost.
