Istina je da redovita konzumacija umjerenih koli\u010dina ora\u0161astih plodova mo\u017ee biti posebno korisna za kardiovaskularni sustav, ali mogu pru\u017eiti i brojne dodatne dobrobiti. Studija objavljena u \u010dasopisu Frontiers and Nutrition otkrila je da bademi mogu pridonijeti u\u010dinkovitijem metabolizmu te, posljedi\u010dno, mogu biti vrlo va\u017eni u smanjenju rizika od dijabetesa tipa 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dok je dijabetes tipa 1, koji je klasificiran kao tzv. autoimuna bolest, obi\u010dno povezan prvenstveno s genetskim uzrocima, dijabetes tipa 2 obi\u010dno je posljedica nezdravih navika. Prehrana koja sadr\u017ei ve\u0107e koli\u010dine \u0161e\u0107era i visoko prera\u0111enu hranu mo\u017ee biti posebno problemati\u010dna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iako mo\u017eda imate osje\u0107aj da dijabetes tipa 2 uglavnom poga\u0111a starije osobe, istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da je problem sve ra\u0161ireniji i me\u0111u mla\u0111im generacijama. Istra\u017eiva\u010di koji su pripremili studiju spomenutu u uvodu odlu\u010dili su se usredoto\u010diti na mla\u0111e osobe, kod kojih su ve\u0107 otkriveni pokazatelji koji ukazuju na tzv. preddijabetes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Studija je obuhvatila 275 osoba u dobi od 16 do 25 godina. Glavni cilj studije bio je utvrditi utjecaj zdravih zalogaja na metaboli\u010dko zdravlje sudionika&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pojedinci koji su odlu\u010dili sudjelovati u istra\u017eivanju nasumi\u010dno su podijeljeni u dvije skupine. Prva skupina je svaki dan za ru\u010dak dobivala 56 grama nepr\u017eenih badema, dok je kontrolnoj skupini omogu\u0107en tipi\u010dan indijski zalogaj (istra\u017eivanje je provedeno u Indiji), koji se pripremao od bra\u0161na, soli i za\u010dina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Osim toga, svi sudionici dobili su upute da poku\u0161aju odr\u017eati svoje prehrambene i tjelesne navike tijekom cijelog istra\u017eivanja. Iako je u takvim studijama te\u0161ko kontrolirati sve \u010dimbenike koji bi mogli utjecati na kona\u010dni rezultat, istra\u017eiva\u010di su se htjeli \u0161to vi\u0161e pribli\u017eiti idealnim uvjetima za provo\u0111enje znanstvenog eksperimenta, odnosno zadr\u017eati jednu varijablu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ve\u0107 nakon 90 dana otkrivene su zna\u010dajne pozitivne promjene. Studija je trajala tri mjeseca, a na kraju ovog razdoblja uo\u010dene su zna\u010dajne razlike izme\u0111u dvije skupine. Kod ljudi koji su za ru\u010dak jeli bademe, test nazvan HbA1c ili glikozilirani hemoglobin A1c pokazao je zna\u010dajno pobolj\u0161anje u odnosu na po\u010detno stanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rije\u010d je o istra\u017eivanju koje ima za cilj provjeriti udio hemoglobina A1c na koji se ve\u017ee \u0161e\u0107er u krvi. Pomo\u0107u ovog testa mogu\u0107e je ste\u0107i uvid u regulaciju \u0161e\u0107era u krvi tijekom du\u017eeg razdoblja. Osim pobolj\u0161anih rezultata ovog testa, skupina koja je umjesto manje zdravih grickalica jela bademe tako\u0111er je zabilje\u017eila smanjenje razine \u0161tetnog kolesterola u krvi, s druge strane, pove\u0107anje vrijednosti dobrog kolesterola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Povrh toga, konzumiranje badema tako\u0111er je smanjilo koli\u010dinu interleukina 6, \u0161to je jedan od va\u017enih pokazatelja kroni\u010dne upale u tijelu, ali razlike ovdje nisu bile toliko o\u010dite kao u drugim kategorijama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za kontrolu &#8211; i prevenciju &#8211; dijabetesa tipa 2 definitivno se preporu\u010duje holisti\u010dki pristup koji uklju\u010duje razli\u010dite aspekte prehrane, tjelesne aktivnosti, sna itd. No to ne zna\u010di da ima smisla podcijeniti naizgled male pozitivne promjene.
