Ali kad je u pitanju prehrana, postoje dobre i lo\u0161e posljedice svakodnevne konzumacije mesa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Izvor proteina<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meso je bogato zasi\u0107enim proteinima, koji igraju nekoliko vrlo va\u017enih uloga u va\u0161em tijelu. Sudjeluju u proizvodnji mi\u0161i\u0107a, tkiva, hormona i pridonose prijenosu molekula i antitijela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tako\u0111er opskrbljuju tijelo energijom i esencijalnim aminokiselinama.
