Dovoljno je provesti 15-120 minuta na podnevnom suncu otkrivenih podlaktica, lica i potkoljenica, bez za\u0161titne kreme ili sun\u010danih nao\u010dala kako biste dobili svoju dnevnu dozu, pi\u0161e&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/frendica.online\/2021\/09\/27\/mislite-na-d-vitamin-na-vrijeme\/\">Frendica.hr<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Svoju pauzu za ru\u010dak iskoristite na klupici u parku, udahnite svje\u017ei zrak i osun\u010dajte se koliko mo\u017eete. Ako ste nedavno preboljeli te\u017eu infekciju ili se op\u0107enito osje\u0107ate iscrpljeno ili ste u rizi\u010dnoj skupini za komplikacije respiratornih infekcija mo\u017eda ne bi bilo lo\u0161e provjeriti razine D vitamine u krvi kako biste na vrijeme zapo\u010deli s adekvatnom suplementacijom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Va\u017ee\u0107e preporuke&nbsp;<strong>HZJZ<\/strong>:\u201d Sukladno hrvatskim Smjernicama za primjenu vitamina D preporu\u010dena koncentracija vitamina D u krvi u populaciji trebala bi iznositi 75 nmol\/L \u2013 125 nmol\/L za optimalnu za\u0161titu od infektivnih bolesti. Kod odraslih osoba koje su u riziku za pojavu nedostatka vitamina D preporu\u010duju se preventivne doze vitamina D koje se kre\u0107u od 1.500 \u2013 2.000 IJ vitamina D (400 IJ = 10 \u00b5g).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preporu\u010dena dnevna doza na razini EU i RH iznosi 5 \u00b5g dnevno, \u0161to iznosi 100% preporu\u010denog dnevnog unosa (%PU). Kod dokazanog nedostatka vitamina D za odrasle osobe, lije\u010dnici op\u0107e prakse i dijeteti\u010dari propisuju po\u010detne visoke doze vitamina D, a potom odr\u017eavanje s 1.500 \u2013 2.000 IJ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nakon provo\u0111enja terapije nadomjesnim vitaminom D preporu\u010duje se ponovna provjera koncentracije 25-OH D u krvi nakon tri mjeseca. Doziranje je mogu\u0107e provesti s pripravcima koji se primjenjuju svakodnevno (kapi, kapsule), jednom tjedno, jednom u dva tjedna ili mjese\u010dno (ampule).\u201d Vi\u0161e pro\u010ditajte<a href=\"https:\/\/frendica.online\/2020\/10\/29\/hzjz-preporuke-vezane-za-d-vitamin\/\">&nbsp;ovdje<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uz D3 vitamin va\u017eno je uzimati i prirodne izvore omega3 masnih kiselina (masna plava riba poput srdelica i sku\u0161a ili ribljeg ulja) i<a href=\"https:\/\/frendica.online\/2020\/11\/03\/najbolji-izvori-vitamina-k2\/\">&nbsp;K2 vitamina<\/a>&nbsp;(jetra, meso, \u017eumanjci, zreli sirevi poput ementalera i kefir) za pravilan metabolizam D3 vitamina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ako niste u mogu\u0107nosti jesti hranu bogatu zdravim masno\u0107ama ili imate smanjenu resorpciju zbog kroni\u010dnih stanja poput celijakije, IBS-a, Crohnove bolesti ili pak patite od bolesti jetre ili \u017eu\u010di trebali biste voditi ra\u010duna o nadoknadi vitamina topivih u mastima i drugih va\u017enih nutrijenata koji vam mo\u017eda nedostaju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Izvor: narod.hr\/frendica.hr<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ako tijekom ljeta niste dovoljno boravili na otvorenom mo\u017eda niste napunili svoje zalihe D vitamina za predstoje\u0107u zimu.
