Na\u017ealost, odgovori na sva zdravstvena pitanja nisu tako jednostavni. U mno\u0161tvu naizgled opre\u010dnih informacija, \u010desto te\u0161ko mo\u017eemo razlikovati vjerodostojne informacije od mitova i zabluda. Navedimo neka od naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih pitanja i odgovora u podru\u010dju zdravlja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lo\u0161e dr\u017eanje se mo\u017ee ispraviti<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lo\u0161e dr\u017eanje uobi\u010dajen je problem u modernom dru\u0161tvu. Dok sjedite, poduprite donji dio kralje\u017enice malim jastukom koji omogu\u0107uje prirodno dr\u017eanje kralje\u017enice. Dugotrajno sjedenje uzrokuje skra\u0107ivanje mi\u0161i\u0107a na stra\u017enjoj strani noge, \u0161to utje\u010de na zdjelicu i lo\u0161e dr\u017eanje, stoga redovito ustajte i prote\u017eite mi\u0161i\u0107e nogu dok sjedite. Sjedite na &#8216;turski na\u010din&#8217; pola sata dnevno i izbjegavajte visoke potpetice koje tako\u0111er skra\u0107uju mi\u0161i\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Oralna kontracepcija<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Svojedobno su lije\u010dnici preporu\u010divali prestanak uzimanja kontracepcijskih pilula radi \u010di\u0161\u0107enja organizma. Smatralo se da estrogen i progestin uzrokuju rak, probleme pri porodu, zgru\u0161avanje krvi ili prekomjernu te\u017einu. Moramo znati da je pilula \u0161ezdesetih godina pro\u0161log stolje\u0107a sadr\u017eavala mnogo vi\u0161e hormona nego danas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da \u017eene koje uzimaju pilule imaju 10 do 20 posto \u0161anse za razvoj raka dojke. Nakon dvije godine uzimanja kontracepcijske pilule imaju 40 posto manju vjerojatnost da dobiju rak maternice od ostalih, a \u010detiri godine uzimanja pilule taj postotak je za 60 posto ni\u017ei. Nakon pet godina vjerojatnost raka jajnika smanjuje se za 50 posto, a nakon osam godina \u010dak i za 80 posto. \u017dene koje pu\u0161e i koriste oralne kontraceptive imaju 30 puta ve\u0107u vjerojatnost da \u0107e do\u017eivjeti sr\u010dani udar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Strah od ranog sr\u010danog udara<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prema statistikama, vrlo mali broj \u017eena mla\u0111ih od 40 godina do\u017eivi sr\u010dani udar. Dok 10.000 \u017eena u dobi od 29. do 44. godine do\u017eivi sr\u010dani udar, dok ga u istoj dobi do\u017eivi 34.000 mu\u0161karaca. Mladi pu\u0161a\u010di \u0161est su puta skloniji sr\u010danom udaru, a naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e su \u017ertve \u017eene s dijabetesom i povi\u0161enim kolesterolom u krvi. Krvni tlak ne smije biti ve\u0107i od 120\/80 mmHg, LDL-kolesterol ni\u017ei od 100 mg\/dl i HDL-kolesterol ve\u0107i od 50 mg\/dl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Opasna trudno\u0107a nakon 35. godine?<\/strong><br>Zbog tehnolo\u0161kog napretka u umjetnoj oplodnji i modernog na\u010dina \u017eivota, \u017eene danas ra\u0111aju mnogo kasnije nego prije. \u017denama starijim od 35 godina ginekolozi savjetuju da ne odustaju od trudno\u0107e, jer \u0107e ve\u0107ina njih imati zdravu trudno\u0107u te \u0107e roditi zdravu djecu. \u017dene u ovoj dobi te\u017ee \u0107e zatrudnjeti, a vjerojatnost poba\u010daja je 20 posto. \u0160to je trudnica starija, trudno\u0107e su rizi\u010dnije pa tako i rizik da \u0107e se dijete roditi s npr. Down sindromom. \u017dene starije od 35 godina trebaju posjetiti perinatologa, specijalista ginekologa, koji \u0107e provjeriti koliko je njihova trudno\u0107a rizi\u010dna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Prijelom kosti<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nikada nije kasno za ja\u010danje kostiju. Maksimalna ko\u0161tana masa posti\u017ee se do 25. godine \u017eivota, a zatim ostaje takva do 30. ili 40. godine \u017eivota. Tada se po\u010dinje smanjivati, a kosti postaju sve krhkije i lomljivije. Gubitak kosti mo\u017ee biti uzrokovan hormonalnim promjenama, smanjenom tjelesnom aktivno\u0161\u0107u, kroni\u010dnim bolestima, nepravilnom prehranom, pu\u0161enjem ili prekomjernom konzumacijom alkohola. Lije\u010denje osteoporoze u\u010dinkovito je samo u \u017eena u postmenopauzi, pa se unaprijed mo\u017eete pobrinuti za prevenciju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Osteoporoza se mo\u017ee izbje\u0107i ako ste tjelesno aktivni i unosite dovoljno kalcija u tijelo. Unosite najmanje 1000 miligrama kalcija dnevno u obliku mlije\u010dnih proizvoda, hrane bogate kalcijem ili pripravaka te redovito vje\u017ebajte. Time \u0107e se odr\u017eati ko\u0161tana masa i pove\u0107ati mi\u0161i\u0107na funkcija, pa je tako vjerojatnost prijeloma kostiju zna\u010dajno manja \u010dak i u slu\u010daju pada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jesu li rendgenske zrake opasne?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Koli\u010dine zra\u010denja koje se koriste u medicinskoj dijagnostici obi\u010dno ne uzrokuju rak. Zra\u010denje tijekom rendgenskog snimanja toliko je malo da ga je te\u0161ko izmjeriti. Ipak, stru\u010dnjaci ne savjetuju prekomjernu i nepromi\u0161ljenu uporabu X-zraka. Izlo\u017eenost rendgenskim zrakama opravdana je kada je korisna za zdravlje (otkrivanje bolesti, prijeloma). Znanstvenici upozoravaju na neutemeljeni strah ljudi od zra\u010denja mobilnih telefona ili mikrovalnih pe\u0107nica jer pu\u0161enje i sun\u010danje predstavljaju mnogo ve\u0107u opasnost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Koliko su ribe zdrave?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Riba je jedna od najboljih namirnica jer ne uzrokuje debljanje i pozitivno utje\u010de na funkcije mozga. Iako nas u to uvjeravaju sa svih strana, tako\u0111er postoje podaci da ribe sadr\u017ee velike koli\u010dine otrovnih metala, osobito \u017eive i neurotoksina, za koje se ka\u017ee da su posebno opasni za trudnice. Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da djeca trudnica koja su tako\u0111er jela dvanaest ribljih obroka tjedno nemaju posljedice niti nedostatke. No, tijekom trudno\u0107e ipak budite oprezni i izbjegavajte ribe za koje se ka\u017ee da sadr\u017ee velike koli\u010dine \u017eive. Smatra se da tuna sadr\u017ei najve\u0107e koli\u010dine. \u017denama koje bi \u017eeljele zatrudnjeti preporu\u010duje se da \u0161est ili dvanaest mjeseci prije trudno\u0107e jedu samo ribu koja sadr\u017ei malo te\u0161kih metala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Umjetno sladilo ili \u0161e\u0107er?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da su mnogi umjetni zasla\u0111iva\u010di bez kalorija potpuno bezopasni za zdravlje. Stru\u010dnjaci nisu potvrdili naga\u0111anja da se sukraloza nakuplja u tijelu. Lije\u010dnici savjetuju svakoga tko dugo pati od ponavljaju\u0107e migrene ili je stalno umoran i ima pote\u0161ko\u0107a s pam\u0107enjem da iz prehrane uklone sve kemikalije i konzervanse (uklju\u010duju\u0107i zasla\u0111iva\u010de). Ako patite od opisanih simptoma, poku\u0161ajte ukloniti kemikalije sve iz prehrane i promatrajte \u0161to \u0107e se dogoditi.
